Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Tonight me and my three kids are at a hotel room because the owner jack I suppose couldn’t wait ten minutes for me to get fast food for my kids because he turned all my water off and left for two hours to get parts which I had no issue with aside from the fact that we can’t cook, poop, or wash our hands. So as I’m leaving to go right at the corner to get food for my kids from McDonald’s he pulls up and I told him I would be right back and I even called his cell and said it would take ten minutes tops. He then yelled saying he wasn’t waiting I was rude etc? Rude how when I’ve been waiting over two hours with a headache and low sugar and hungry kids because I can’t prepare dinner with no water and I didn’t know when he would return because he ignored my text. I was gonna turn around but he left I thought he would be able to understand I could see if I was going to be long and it wasn’t for food. I waited all afternoon for this man to come to my place from 1pm until 3:00 and then another two hours for him to find parts. All I did was call the rent office asking was there a way for me to turn the water back on they said no so I waited another hour and I decided to make a quick run because I wasn’t sure how long he would be so as I’m pulling off I see him and notify him not wanting to force him to turn the water back on and hold him up from working I decide to make a fast food run for the kids. There was no telling how long it would take to fix the plumbing issue. This man has the absolute most horrible customer service I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or what but it left me in tears not to mention my land lord was a total evil witch about it and I pay my rent faithfully never been late. This was a horrible experience. I am now at a hotel with my three kids because he refused to come back and turn the water on. He just left I even apologized but he was so cold hearted he didn’t care or reply to the text. My husband is still at work while all this is taking place we have no water to bathe brush our teeth or anything not even cold water. So I had no choice but to spend money I don’t have for a room, last time I checked leaving someone without water is illegal. I’d like to also note when he came to my home I asked him was the temperature ok would he like a water etc and he would turn around and treat me this way. God has the last say

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

I called Jose Cardenas from JC Plumbing, This young man came into the house new what the problem was, he never gave up until the problem was fixed. He’s a wonderful young man. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s honest and very patient. He wanted to make sure that I was able to have running water in the sink and be able to do my dishes which I haven’t been able to do for three days. I tried to find somebody honest enough to come into my house that was trustworthy and you don’t find that anymore. But this young man fits the bill. If I ever have another plumbing problem this young man will be the man that fixes the plumbing. It is so nice to know that there is people like him out in the world that are willing to help. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. The service was scheduled to occur within a few hours of my call. The plumber, Brandon Rountree, arrived on time and was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly hydro-jetted my sewer line which solved my drainage problem. I have no problem recommending this company for anyone’s plumbing needs.

My water heater stopped working over the weekend and I was unable to fix it . American Mechanical was very helpful on the phone and ended up coming very early on Monday morning. Phil, the technician, was very informative and quickly solved the issue. He was honest and I appreciated that a lot. Will definitely be using American Mechanical again and works recommend them to family and friends!
