Best Toilet Repair in Virginia Beach VA

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

One might think so many positive reviews might seem suspicious. Not so. While a little steep, these guys communicated with me continuously and serviced my drains within two hours of my call. While a little steep for about 30 minutes of work, the overall service was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! This company installed a dishwasher that we bought from Costco. The service was ok except that he didn't take the time to level the dishwasher. So my husband spent a few hours last night doing it. If you use this company for dishwasher installation you need to check their work before they leave.
