I left a request on their website on a Saturday to schedule an appointment. I was thinking I would get a response back on the following business day (Monday). However, I was contacted within an hour of my request by Anthony. After explaining my need, he advised me that he could be over in a few minutes, since he was just around the corner finishing up another job. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the work being done- explaining to me what may have caused the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. I now have have a reliable, quick to respond back, professional, and reasonably priced go to company to rely on.

My tankless hot water tank began leaking and I needed a new one installed. I called several companies that were going to charge thousands more than Precision Pluming and Drain did and also not be able to install as soon. I called them for an estimate and Paul came out the same day and provided one and was able to get a new tank and install it the next day. His crew were on time and completed the job efficiently. Great value and service!

I saw a Z Line truck at a neighbors house and called the number to see if they could fix some siding on my house. Zach answered and asked me to send a picture of my problem. He immediately responded with a quote, I accepted and I was added to his schedule. He was so accommodating with the day and time. I’ve never worked with a handyman company as responsive, timely, professional, and with such great communication. He has excellent technology for his estimates, receipts and scheduling. The real estate company I rent from send these men out to fix various issues. Jacuzzis, toilets,etc. Very quick and pleasant service every time. If they have to order parts I normally have to only wait a day or 2 and they are back. I have not had any problems with anything they have fixed and even though my Jacuzzi is kind of old they still managed to get a hold of the correct parts. Awesome service

Dennis arrived promptly for an off hours service call on Saturday. He was to diagnose for the heat being out at our home. He was able to tell me the problem and let me know what part needed to be ordered, but that it couldn’t be ordered till Monday. He was polite and knowledgeable & did his part well. He then said he would email me my receipt for services that day along with the part information/price plus labor estimate for my review. We never got the emailed receipt nor email with estimates. I have spoken to the office staff three times today (Monday) asking for this information & when the part should be expected to arrive and have heard nothing from “the girl” who has our info and that knowledge. Dennis did his part great except not getting the info emails (I don’t know if that was an error on his part or someone else’s) but whoever “the girl” is that’s meant to get back to me… the home has been without heat since Saturday morning, we’d like to know how much longer this will go on seeing how it’s the dead of winter and we just had a snow storm.

Along with the other reviews, this company is the worst!! Lowes is great, but the installers have NO clue WHAT they are doing! The guy came to install my parent's (Eddie and Juanita Blowe) new microwave, he was cranky and complained they didn't give him the correct parts, but he was putting things in upside down and backwards. If he doesn't like his job, get a new job, but don't take it out on the customers. He nearly broke the glass turn table and just threw the microwave and the trim kit back in the box. After he put the materials back in the truck, instead of telling us the next step in getting the situation fixed, he just left without another word. When we went to look for him to ask him what was next, he was gone. Add extremely rude to that list as well...and he almost took our STILL working old microwave, if we hadn't told him to install it back in. Just a nightmare and we STILL don't have our new microwave installed...
