I was extremely happy with my service by them. Matt came out, with short notice, and inspected my problem bathrooms, checked my cleanout in the yard, made sure everything was cleared out and left me with flushing toilets and draining sinks. I’d definitely refer friends and family their direction.

March 2018, Sean D did a great job asessing my 50 year old sewer situatiin. Very fast an knowledgeable. Love the customer service of Atomic! That is why I am a repeat customer.Nov 2014 Outstanding service! Major sewer system clog shutdown the entire house the day before Thanksgiving. Called at 7:00 AM and Atomic had Technician Ryan D at the house an hour after I called. Great experience for a crappy situation! Thanks

Our bathroom pipes had been clogged and leaking through our ceiling. I loved that they called me when they were headed to my house. When the plumbers arrived they were very sweet. Introduced themselves professionally, and even handled my barking dogs with ease. They quickly figured out the problem and got to work. They didn’t BS the problem and try to do extra work to over charge us. They were very professional but also made some hilarious jokes to brighten up the mood. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on!

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

This is my first time using Roto Rooter, but after coming home and finding that neither of my toilets would flush, I needed to get someone out immediately. I called up, scheduled an appointment, and a lovely plumber named Joe came out. I can't say enough nice things about him. Not only was he friendly and professional, he took the time to explain what was going on and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. The company was very timely and efficient in getting us (as new customers) scheduled for our whole house generator service, prior to a potential tropical storm. Relieved stress of having an issue. The Service Technician was extremely knowledgeable and went above being thorough (for novice folk with Whole House Generators). Walked us thru the entire system and made great suggestions for maintenance.

I purchased a water heater with install through Lowe's on the March 4th. That day they called to schedule an install, since heater was in the attic, install was scheduled for the 8th with a 9am-1pm time frame. Receptionist called at 845 saying that a tech was on the way. Tech and helper arrived promptly explained was going to be done. An inspection of the work site prior to the install showed that the exhaust flue needed to be updated before work can completed. Work was completed timely, everything was cleaned up, very professional.
