Excellent service and response time! We called Atomic around 8pm on a Sunday, and James M got here in about 45 minutes. We described our drain problem, and he had it all cleared up in about an hour. The fee was quite reasonable. Plus, he was a nice guy to talk with. I will not hesitate to call them again.

Had a leak in my tub. Home warranty hooked me up with a company that was terrible. Ended up finding Cecilia's on Google and messaged them on their site. They called me within an hour and came out the next day to fix the leak. It was so easy and efficient. Definitely calling them anytime I need home repairs.

The plumbing service is amazing!!! I needed help ASAP with an issue at my house. I call for their service and they came the next day. They fixed a issue that another plumbing company said would be to hard and expensive. Not only did they fix the problem discrepancy, it was cheaper and the service was way better. I would suggest this company to any person needing help with plumbing.

Making an appointment was easy! I was sent updates on tech being in route and arrival time. Tech called with issue, solution and exact pricing. Took payment over the phone and was very accommodating with my secondary request for repair of additional items. Great service, quality work and affordable price! Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

Bryan was very helpful and we received service just an hour after our phone call to them. He was able to fix the issue at hand. Went down a list of steps that made the most sense instead of trying to do something ridiculous like those other guys. If you ever have a plumbing issue, I definitely suggest going with them. The flat rates mean no hidden fees and you know exactly what you’re getting. The 6 month guarantee is nice, too!

Very professional and knowledgeable company and crew!! They were fast with inspecting our sewage line leak and also provided a financing option to help cover the cost!! They knew exactly what they were doing. I will say that a very small portion of the cleanup outside could be better, but this doesn't lower my rating for them. Exceptional company and I highly recommend!!

Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

I have found plumbers for life in Coast Plumbing! As long as I live in the Norfolk area I will call Coast for anything I need. We knew we needed our main sewer line replaced from the house to the street and got many estimates. Not only was Coast fairly priced, but they recognized the urgency of our fix and were able to begin work very quickly. Tim and Doug are such friendly guys who take the time to explain what they’re doing, which made me feel so much better about such a big project. Coast Plumbing is an all-around great company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs the job done well!
