Hi! This is my second time using Cecilia's and, just like the first, it was a surprisingly GREAT home repair experience!! Anthony showed up exactly when he said he would, discovered a much bigger issue with my faucet than I thought it would be, made THREE separate runs to get the parts to fix the faucet correctly, and charged me a MORE than fair amount for the parts and services. Already looking for more things I need done around here because I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!!

As first time home owners we wanted to get an appraisal of our sewer system and get clarity on some odd noises that we were hearing. Josh, from Precision came out quickly and dispelled all of our worries with expertise and efficiency. He was professional, and informative and helped us understand our home's plumbing more thoroughly. We highly recommend Precision and will be using them again should the need arise.

Tim and Paul were focused immediately when they arrived. They confirmed what we called to have repaired and with a willingly attitude repaired other things that we remembered we needed done also.
They went to get our materials quickly and cleaned up…although I told them I would do it, being minor and because I appreciated their professional and genuine attitude while doing all repairs and providing suggestions.
And the quote, was surprisingly great.
I recommend when requesting your technicians, always ask for Tim and Paul…I will again!

Sean is great!! He answered my voicemail promptly, and even was flexible enough in his schedule to assist me that very afternoon. Quickly explained the problem (with one of the toilets), fixed it, and checked out the other one. He also gave me some info for me to fix the second toilet, should I have the same issue. Explained a few bits of “technical-ease”, as well. I think his fee was reasonable. He is now in my contact list as my “plumber”.

Mark came out and took care of our problem the same day we called! He was knowledgeable, and took care of our plumbing issues in record time. Honest, professional and friendly. Excellent service!

I have used All Day Plumbing on two occasions, at separate locations. I was satisfied both times. They effectively communicated the problems, which ended up being three clogged drains, in a way that was easy for me to understand, and then fixed them without delay.

The only reason why I did not give All Day Plumbing five stars is because the plumber showed up approximately 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. However, I would use and recommend them, if needed, again.

I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this company to a friend!

TLDR: Rude & never showed up. Guy on the phone sounded disgruntled at life in general and was pretty rude, so I had a hunch when I originally called to make an appointment that these folks were going to be a problem. Against my better judgment, I made the appointment anyways because a friend had recommended them. Sure enough, they never even showed up. I even called to confirm the day before. I took off work to be home during the morning time block they specified so they didn't just waste my time, they wasted one of my sick days. If you can't even trust these jokers to show up when they say they will, how can you trust them to do decent work? I hope this review saves someone else a headache.

Robin called me back quickly came out to my house on time. He had a positive attitude and left my bathroom cleaner than what it was when he got there. I highly recommend Robin with Bay Breeze Plumbing.

I have been using American Mechanical in my real estate sales and property management business for over 10 years, but today I called them out to see about jetting the plumbing lines in my personal home. Ed was very helpful! He was able to determine that, while jetting the lines was a service they provide, I did not need to purchase that option to resolve me issue. He did a full assessment of all bathrooms and the kitchen and offered a very economical solution. Great service!
