Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

AMAZING company! The first time we called them someone literally showed up in 30 min, did a full inspection of the issue told us what needed to be fixed and gave us a quote in less then 24 hours. EVERY TIME we called/text the supervisor he responded in less then 15 min. They have reasonable prices. Everyone that was sent to work on the house was on time, respectful and knowledgeable. Their work speaks for itself. We will only be working with this company from now on for all of our home repair needs. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had two leaks coming from wall toilets. I had called the home warranty company and the plumber the Home Warranty company sent did not have a clue. I have had Sean Fixes Johns do work for me for years, so I called them again and they said they were doing a job in the area and would be over within an hour. I did not have to wait long, they came over quickly, figured out the problem and had the leaks repaired in no time flat. They were very fair on their charges for labor and I called them again when I was ready to replace some toilets at my property prior to new tenants moving in. They had three toilets replaced with no issues, repaired a sink, and a leak from a dishwasher - all done in just a few hours. The thing I like most about them is that they don't waste any time or try to draw out their time for additional pay. They are quick to find the problem, get it fixed and stop the clock so I am not paying outrageous labor charges. They are professional, incredible plumbers, have earned my respect, and I will definitely be calling them again. Thanks Sean.

I had given them 5 stars for being diligent early on. But my AC has been down for a month with a part on back-order. Nobody calls me to keep me posted. I have to call them for status updates. Technicians seem reliable, but the main office not so much.

A1 answered immediately early on a Saturday morning when we were without water. We had a technician (David H.) onsite within the hour. David was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the issues we were dealing with and how to repair quickly to restore water.I would give 10 stars if possible. I hope to not need A1 any time soon but would highly recommend them to anyone for any of their services! Hands down best company/employees I've dealt with in a long time.

I think you company is to exspensive because your company do not repair air ducking. You are leaving money on the table. your company only replace and don't repair.

Scott showed up at a moments notice to inspect the boiler in our Tailor shop. Long story short, we were lead to believe there was gas fumes coming from a stack. After thorough assessment he determined thankfully that was not the issue and so relieved! Being a holiday week I was surprised that anyone would even show up, but grateful that he did!

We used Justin based on a recommendation when our toilet was clogged and flooding. He charged a quarter of a price to snake and run the camera down to find the real issue. If need up needing a pipe replaced and the we used Justin for that as well as he gave an amazing price for the work and he did a phenomenal job. Great guy and does even better work, someone who is not out to take advantage of people. He’s the only call you need to make!

RPG tore out and replaced my tub and surround in one day. Everything about the process was handled smoothly from the planning to the install. The job they did was outstanding. They protected my carpets and thoroughly cleaned up everything when they were done. The two gentlemen doing the install were very professional and the nicest guys to talk to. They explained what they were doing as they worked and answered all my questions. Im so glad I chose them and am looking forward to hiring them again to comple the remodel of the bathroom during the summer. I highly recommend RPG Construction.

Ray McPherson is the technician who came out to see about the issue we were having with our tankless electrical water heater. He was very thorough about everything concerning the issue. He explained everything that he was doing and gave us an honest assessment of his findings and recommendations. I like the fact that he stuck with the job regardless of how difficult it was and stayed until the job was complete. We truly appreciate Mr. McPherson not leaving us hanging out there to wonder who's coming next to figure out the issue instead sticking with the job.
