Best Tankless Water Heaters in Virginia Beach VA

We had a clogged pipe which caused water to back up in my house. This gentleman was at my house the next morning before his scheduled time to fix our issue. I will reccomend him to everyone!

Felt like a scam. Got an HVAC tune up with them and I’m not sure what they did, but they did not do any visible work. The insulation on the line was still damaged and the air filter unchanged. They also remind me of a skeevy mechanic when they said I should replace my capacitor because it was at a 36 and should be at a 40. What even is the scale?

Don't be fooled! When you call for information or to schedule an appointment, their customer service is great, but if you have any issues/complaints, the customer service quickly goes down hill. The work done was good, although everything wasn't discussed prior to the work being done. When we had an issue with the billing, everyone from the owner, Jimmy, to the office manager, Candice and Cindy were all rude. I have never been talked to so negatively and from so many people at one company. I can honestly say they do not value customer service AT ALL. If you want to risk everything being done with no issues, then give them a call but if anything can possibly go wrong, don't expect them to be nice enough to fix/solve it. *If you don't believe me, sort the ratings by lowest score, you'll see for yourself how the owner handles his customers.*

$700 to change a capacitor seems very high. Even if you subtract the $150 for emergency service. But we now have air on a dry hot day.

This company understands you the customer. I had one kitchen drain fixed. Also senior tech Levi and Greg did a great job to install two faucets plus three water valves in one bathroom. I will call time company who cares about the work they commit to in your home.

Master Plumber Patrick Goad and his assistant, Junior, came to troubleshoot my Navien tankless hotwater heater that was installed 13 months ago. The problem was that the shower water would get hot, but then turn to barely luke warm. Patrick explained each piece of troubleshooting to me and finally determined that the cause was a partially clogged shower head that had reduced the water flow just to the point where the water heater would turn itself off. So, while a simple repair, it took a lot technical ability to locate the root cause. I would 100% recommend Patrick Goad and Junior to anyone for any plumbing repair. I could not be happier.

Called Herb on Saturday to fix bathroom Service plumbing line leak. Although on his own time, he stopped wheat he was doing he showed up at my house in a very short period of time and within 30 minutes had fixed my issue. We had up front price agreed upon and although it wasn't exactly what we agreed upon, the change to the service was negligible in price.
