Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

Dave did excellent work for us during a time of desperate need. We came home to a pipe burst and he was able to come to our rescue promptly and fixed the pipe immediately. He does excellent work and takes his time to make sure it is done right. He is very knowledge and able to answer our questions with confidence. Will be using for all plumbing needs!

My garbage disposal broke, and I called Jim Bertolino & Son. Mr. Bertolino called us to let us know he was on the way. He had a replacement with him, and installed it in about an hour.
