We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

As a landlord with 100+ units it is very difficult to find a reliable plumber that I trust and I am willing to work exclusively with. they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

I highly recommend A-1 Plumbers. We had an emergency problem with poor pressure in our hot water that was related to a problem in our tankless hot water heater. A-1 sent Christopher Boyd on the same day I called. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem and did the necessary repair to restore both pressure and hot water. Christopher was very knowledgeable, highly professional, and efficient. He is also a personable young man. My entire family enjoyed meeting him. We would happily call A-1 again should we need a plumber.

Everything was great. They were on time and fixed everything. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Professional and quality!

Dave did excellent work for us during a time of desperate need. We came home to a pipe burst and he was able to come to our rescue promptly and fixed the pipe immediately. He does excellent work and takes his time to make sure it is done right. He is very knowledge and able to answer our questions with confidence. Will be using for all plumbing needs!

We used Justin based on a recommendation when our toilet was clogged and flooding. He charged a quarter of a price to snake and run the camera down to find the real issue. If need up needing a pipe replaced and the we used Justin for that as well as he gave an amazing price for the work and he did a phenomenal job. Great guy and does even better work, someone who is not out to take advantage of people. He’s the only call you need to make!
