While another business wanted to charge me vital organs for an emergency worthy job (that they couldn't even get to for a week), Precision Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was at my home in less than an hour of me calling, and cost me a fraction of what the other business wanted. Kenny was our awesome plumber, he was polite, tolerant of the drama that is my life, and did all he could to ensure a successful problem removal while maintaining a low cost. That doesn't mean he did a shotty job, no. Kenny ended up ripping out my whole toilet to get it done and I still have all my organs intact!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you SO MUCH for saving us from the yuck flood, Kenny and Precision Plumbing & Drain Cleaning!

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

William Carlos is the man! Came out at 10pm and was a very personable cool cat. He also knows his stuff.

Called sixteen days ago to report a condensate leak in my ductless mini split system. The techs arrived the next day; they were polite and punctual. Fifteen days and 580.00 dollars later, I still have a condensate leak in my ductless mini split system. Not quite the gold standard of service I expected. Called once since for an update and the response was less than informative. Will call again and hope for a service that will equal 580.00 minus double talk or generic corporate apologies.

My experience has been great with Kennedy plumbing, very professional I have used this service several times as well as referred this company out to others and all have been very happy.

Had an emergency situation in oceanfront around midnight. Home warranty wasn't gonna send anyone out until the following day, even tho water was backed up and flowing out of my downstairs toilet. Roto Rooter dispatched a plumber in under an hour. Robert arrived and quoted me the price and after talking, said he was going to check the city line first. In doing so, he discovered that the city line was the reason for the clog. He advised me to call the city and didn't charge me a thing. I feel most plumbers would have done the $450 service and then told me to call the city.

Tony came out on short notice to accommodate my schedule and got our bathroom faucet and stool installed as promised for a far price. It's reassuring to know I have his number saved in my phone.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

I called this company out to fix a clog somewhere in my system the water from the upstairs toilet and shower was flowing into the downstairs toilet and shower causing an overflow. They ran the equipment through the pipe and said that the problem was fixed. They asked me to flush the toilet in my bedroom to see if it was running smoothly. The toilet did not run over.

Now, the way that this problem was discovered is my 30 y.o son came to visit, 2 months later, and used the upstairs shower and the sa.e problem occurs. I don't go upstairs because of back issues, so I would not have discovered there was still an issue. Mind you, no one ever came into the house to check out the issue to make sure it was repaired, even when I asked someone to check it. I called today and the receptionist/scheduler tells me the repair is out of warranty and I will have to pay another $150.
What bothers me the most is that this company advertises tas believers, but does not stand by their work. Would Jesus want us to treat our fellow man this way? I don't think so. Jesus would ask that we do all work as unto God and to right our wrongs. Hence, if the problem still exists, it was never fixed!

All Time has an amazing team. They were quick to respond, did expectational work and all at a reasonable price. There was an issue with the part they were installing, which was not their fault, but they went above and beyond to resolve it. This was my first experience with All Time, but I will be quick to call them again when I have another plumbing need. Kudos to the All Time Team!!
