The plumber that came to our home on the service call for a clogged toilet refused to look for the clogged drain pipe and wanted to charge over $1,100 to look for iit.We paid the service call and ask the gentleman to leave our house. We then called another plumbing company A1 the technician found the clock cleaned out the pipe and left everything nice and neat in 20 minutes all together and their prices were very economical and very comfortable to pay for their services at A-1 Plumbing.We do not recommend Atomic Plumbing to anyone1 in Virginia Beach, technician was lazy and a rip off.

Found a water leak in my cieling at 1130 pm contacted them at 700am and had someone at my house by 1130am. Fixed the issue within 10 minutes and then checked other spots for leaks. There team is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and communicates well. Also the point is great. I cant thank you enough. Its hard to find good people willing to listen and work hard and right.

The tech, Jason, was at my door within 30 mins of my call for service, fixed my clogged sink in 10 mins, cleaned up the rust in my sink, and charged a flat rate that was cheaper than others' quotes. Both he and the secretary Melissa was friendly, down to earth, and very professional. Thanks again you guys. I will definately use again and pass along.

Super quick response and awesome service

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. So far Gravity Plumbing has installed a dishwasher, repaired a leaking copper pipe in my kitchen wall, replaced my kitchen faucet, replaced a commode and is about to install a well for watering my garden! Two service pros arrived at my home , at the time set for the appointment. They were professionally dressed, knowledgeable, asked what I wanted done, and gave me options, without pressuring me in any way. They answered my questions and did not rush me as I was deciding which of options I wanted to choose. I decided on a new toilet, as the old one was leaking and about 20 years old. I also decided on a new kitchen faucet as the old one leaked enough to raise my water bill. I could have been persuaded to get a new garbage disposal, but they felt it did not yet need replacing. I was really impressed that they did not visit back and forth with each other but were task focused. I was also impressed by the fact all info was displayed on paper as well as on my cell phone and I downloaded and saved the info. They showed me what they were doing and everything met my satisfaction. I am delighted to give these two men a 5 star rating. In the future, I will certainly use All Day Plumbing again, if I have any more concerns.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. Todd was professional and quickly installed my Watts instant hot water recirculating system. Todd was courteous and friendly. He cleaned up really well and his work is exceptional!!! I would highly recommend A1 Sewer & Drain for your plumbing needs. I also like that I didn't have to ask Todd to wear shoe covers which is a BIG plus for me!

Todd was friendly and professional. He set an appointment and called me when he was on his way. He respected my home by using drop cloths to protect the floors and wiping his feet on the outside mat each time he came inside. My water heater recently let go late in the evening. After much research, I called Jim Bertolino and Son Plumbing.

Mr. Bertolino and his son (Jimmy) we’re complete professionals! They showed up on time, placed cloth tarps on my wooden floor, and explained everything.

When I look for a service there are four areas I look for before making the call -1. Reviews - positive and negative, 2. BBB rating, 3. Local companies that provide 24/7 services, 4. Price factor for the quality of products used. This company checked all of my areas of interest without even making the initial call.

When I spoke to Mr. Bertolino himself, I was quite pleased with his openness and willingness to explain his background and company history. Initially I had to leave a message and he called me back within the ten minutes his voice mail message advertised. Impressive!

After the greeting introductions, I launched into to my next three points for the product he offers (Rheem water heaters) - I look for 1. efficiency, 2. quality, and 3. longevity of the product. Again my checkpoints were met. We even talked plumbing codes and about the competition between our favorite MLB ⚾️ teams (Bosox/Nyc the other guys...😎). Yes, I still liked his offer.
Service request objectives met - contract issued!

Another plus - Mr. Bertolino and his son cleaned up continuously throughout the installation of a new water heater and took the old water heater with them - as advertised. I now have hot water again and look forward to saving the $15-18 per month with my new efficient water heater. Thank you Bertolino and Son Plumbing!!

Tony responded right away on the phone over a weekend to plan a visit to a rental property with a gas water heater issue. Tony coordinated the visit directly with the tenant, was prompt, communicated the solution to me right away. After obtaining the necessary parts, Tony replaced the old and leaking water heater and addressed/replaced other code violating connection issues. Tony communicated all the issues professionally and was prompt, courteous. Since I intend on occupying the home again, I chose a name-brand water heater I expect to last many years. I would definitely contact Tony again and recommend his services.
