I was extremely happy with my service by them. Matt came out, with short notice, and inspected my problem bathrooms, checked my cleanout in the yard, made sure everything was cleared out and left me with flushing toilets and draining sinks. I’d definitely refer friends and family their direction.

My hot water heater ruptured at 2030 on a Tuesday and Justin along with Trey were at my house at 0830 the next morning. They were consummate professionals the entire time they were in my garage. They were courteous and polite and worked as hard as they could on a difficult removal and replacement. I can't thank them and Atomic Pluming enough. I'll call them for anything in the future and you should too!

Sean and Steve came over soon after I called about my plumbing problem. Both were courteous and very efficient. I had a clogged sewer pipe and a leaky garbage disposal. I would recommend them 100% for any of your plumbing needs. Sean even came back later in the day and dropped off a product that I could use for my sewer pipe to help prevent a future problem. Guy Smith Heat&Cooling was very responsive to our request for servicing. We had an A/C unit that was frozen in the dog days of summer. They were available the same day and even worked around our schedules. Brian Novak did an inspection, identified the issue and had it up in running within the hour. He also gave advice and guidance on both units and installed a safety switch on the third floor unit to avoid water damage. We appreciate the help and look forward to dealing with them for routine maintenance in the future.

Todd came and disassembled my garbage disposal carefully that I wanted to to take out and put a drain in. He did a great job! And he cleaned up after. He is an honest plumber that gets the job done efficiently and takes pride in his work. He is now my go to plumber. He’s friendly and has stellar communication. His prices are reasonable.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! When Mr. Bertolino arrived at my house, I invited him and his associate in and explained where the clogged sink was. I noticed that his and his assistant's boots were filthy (mud/dried feces) and I asked him kindly if he wouldn't mind taking them off before he walked through the house. They both looked at each other, sort of rolling their eyes, the assistant took his boots off but Mr. Bertolino said No; I'm not taking my boots off. I then said I am not trying to be rude by asking this, but I have small children that play on the floor, and I know what kind of stuff y'all have to step in, I would really appreciate it if you could take off your boots. Mr. Bertolino said I didn't step in anything today. Well, from the looks of his boots, he clearly stepped in muck yesterday, and everyday before for years! Then he rudely said I can't. I can't take off my boots. It's too hard. I'm not going to take them off. (They were lace-up work boots.)..... I got pissed and called my husband over from around the corner to deal with him.. just my husband's presence made him change his arrogant attitude, and they put a tarp down.

No client should have to be disrespected in that way. Nobody should have to feel demeaned by asking a common sense request. Dude, there is crap on your shoes!! As a plumber, putting on booties, or taking off your boots, or automatically (not reluctantly) putting a tarp down to protect the health of the people who live there - not to mention protecting the carpets/flooring - should be a normal, everyday part of your job.

I think what bothered me the most was when Mr. Bertolino said I can't take my boots off, it's too hard. Really? Too hard? I am a Navy spouse, my husband is active duty 20 years and wears combat boots everyday! The owners of this house we are renting are Active Duty Military. How disrespectful! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!
