This was my first time using All Day Plumbing and I could not have been more pleased. They worked me into their schedule on the same day as my calll and was even able to arrive sooner than expected. Ronald arrived, listened to my woes and got straight to work. Almost 6 hours later, all the problems were corrected and Ronald was just as professional and pleasant as he was when he arrived. He NEVER stopped working. Just when I thought it might be a lost cause, he continued to prevail. Thanks for hiring such a dedicated and conscientious employee. they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Great guy, gave important information. Good at his job and very respectful.

Technician arrived on time, went straight to work on my washing machine which was leaking. Checked the hoses and discovered the leak and replaced a worn washer. Simple fix, cost less than $1 to repair. Next he went to my toilet which would make a bumping noise when flushed. He explained this is called “water hammer”. He replace 2-3 parts in the toilet tank and that problem was fixed also. He was at my house for about 1/2 hour. Well worth the cost to know the problems presented were both easy fixes. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely use this company again.

Two service techies show up and listened to the screeching our heat pump fan was making and said it might be the motor and would cost about $800 to replace. That was it. Hardly worth the $85 for the service call. They said we would get a call for an estimate that day but have heard from no one. Bad experience so far. We deserve a refund.
