Once again, these guys saved the day for me. I had no water in the house due to a broken outside faucet gushing water. With no local cutoff valve I had to turn the water off at the street. I called Precision and they took great care of me. They got here fast and made the repair, they fixed the other outside faucet at the same time so everything is good to go. Robert even dropped the price because the job didn't take as long as he thought it would. Robert and Paul are rock stars of the plumbing industry, I'll never call anyone else for plumbing issues. They are fast, friendly, fair, professional and know their business. Great guys doing a great job at reasonable rates, what more could you ask for?

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂
