I had my home completely re-plumbed with new water and drain lines and install a new tankless hot water heater for 2 baths, laundry and a new kitchen. Sean and Zach did an outstanding job. They were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One thing that I noticed was that they both worked well together as a team. Great teamwork! Mike removed and replaced two shower arms, heads and mixer valve cartridges and trim that had been in use for 30 years, and a kitchen sink faucet set that had been in use for about 20 years both of which the Hampton Roads well water had finally bested. He was efficient, quite knowledgeable and resourceful, able to think outside the box, willing to go the extra mile to accomplish the job to solve an inadvertent shower valve cartridge series mismatch (caused by us and the plumbing supply company), went right to work and did not waste any time, was courteous and friendly, and cleaned up the work area when done. Once he saw the scope of the job he calculated an estimate on the spot and was absolutely correct in stating that the time his office allowed for the job was insufficient, but that did not affect the quality of the work performed or cause him to rush through things. This is the 3rd or 4th time we've used Precision Plumbing in the last 6+ years and have been overall very satisfied with 95% of the work they've done (there was one glitch a while back but that did not diminish my overall opinion of the company). Next time we need a plumber we'll call Precision and will ask for Mike.

Sean was very proficient in finding the clean out which was covered up by not so proficient yard people, who installed ground covers, junipers on top of clean out. Sean used several machines to find the clean out. Great work by a plumber master. Rena

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

Called Rotor Rooter today about a plumbing problem. The lady on the phone (sorry, don't remember name; I'm like that). She was very pleasant and helpful. Within an hour, after a call back from the lady, a techncian showed up. William was very professional, pleasant and courteous. Once we explained the problem, he got on it, and had eliminated the problem within about thirty minutes.Was painful to pay the bill (not cheap), but very happy, as is the wife too. Now she can use the washing machine, no more necessary trips to the laundromat; sorry Myers.William is a credit to his profession. Definately will keep their number handy in case of future plumbing problems.

Mike was very good at his job. He answered all my questions and was very nice and helpful. I'm sure I talked his ear off, but he didn't mind at all. We need more like this young man!

Dennis called me back within 5 minutes of my requesting help with my heating system and arrived within 30 minutes of the call. He diagnosed the problem, quoted the cost, put in new parts and finished the repair within 1 hour. Dennis was a very pleasant and professional gentleman.

Todd was friendly and professional. He set an appointment and called me when he was on his way. He respected my home by using drop cloths to protect the floors and wiping his feet on the outside mat each time he came inside.
