After a week of being in my new home, our kitchen sink backed up. We know nothing about plumbing companies but had heard horror stories. After some research we called Roto-Rooter that night and Shawn, the technician, was sent out the next morning. He was amazing! The service was done quickly and professionally and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again if any other problems arise!

a high-pressure frozen pipe burst on a Sunday afternoon. based on Angie's List reviews, i called Rotor Rooter and requested both plumbing and water restoration services. their water mitigation specialist, S. Conner, drove through the dangerous roads and arrived within a few hours to assess the water damage. conversely, the plumbing service called about 6 hours later to say they still didn't have any available technician to repair the pipe. not their fault, as our region was hit hard by the winter storm. water mitigation began about 50 hours after the incident and continued for a week. I did have to take some initiative to find necessary equipment to keep the job moving, thus avoided a standstill (not good when dealing with water damage). Shawn and Ray were professional and VERY hard-working. punctuality and timely communication were not their strong suits, though one can empathize they were very busy with other ongoing jobs. Brian Payne, their manager, was professional and understanding.

Definitely do not recommend this company. My home warranty provider connected me with them and I had to call twice to get an appointment. They do not answer the phone when you call. I was given a 3PM - 5{M service appointment and they did not show and they did not call to let me know they were not coming. I called the office to inquire and again no one answered the phone or returned my call. When I contacted my home warranty company they informed me TCP Plumbing had rejected the service as they do not service gar water heaters, yet they didn't bother to inform me and I had taken the afternoon off from work to be home for my service window. I requested my home warranty company remove them from their list of providers. They do not deserve a one star rating, but the review won't post without selecting a at least one star...
