Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

Service technician was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful answering my questions. The work was professionally done and in s timely manner. I received several estimates on this project, Cecilia’s was the most reasonable and the staff are nice. I’ll use them for future home projects.

Their website says they cover Norfolk, Va. Beach and Chesapeake. Our house is in Chesapeake, they refused to offer service. Score should be zero stars.

I had a plumbing leak, called, and was given an appointment early the next morning. They arrived on time, were friendly, and informative. I asked if I could schedule maintenance on my HVAC and they were able to service it the same day. All around great customer service experience from scheduling to execution. The Church of St Therese was hosting the homeless and our showers started backing up. After another local contractor came out and could not fix our issue, Sean came out on a Sunday evening and stayed until the job was done. (Clean and professional job) Highly recommend.

I called and was given an appointment the same day. I like that I was asked to sent a picture of the damage if possible. I received text messages confirming the appointment and the name and contractor license number of the technician. I received a text that the technician was enroute who was early which was appreciated on a Friday evening. The technican was very courteous, respectful, friendly and conscious of the COVID-19 safety measures.. He give a quote prior to beginning the repair and quick and easy payment processing. Great service! I will definitely use the company again.
