I had an emergency with a clogged toilet and Jimmy was here within the hour. He not only cleared it but fixed an issue with my leaky sink free of charge. Highly recommended if you need a plumber in the VB area!

Cecilia's replaced the vinyl flooring in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry with Luxury Vinyl Planking (VLP). They did an excellent job of moving the heavy objects out of the room carefully, staging materials, and performing the work with minimum impact on us. They performed all the work with exceptional craftsmanship, inspected the finished work with us for approval, returned everything just as it had been before, and thoroughly cleaned up the work areas. This is the second time we hired Cecilia's and will definitely hire them again. I especially appreciated the crew foreman Ben who supervised and worked alongside his crew to make sure everything was perfect.

We had Terry and Tim work on our house. We could not be more pleased. They are hard working, kind and detailed oriented. I appreciate they cleaned up after project as well.
We had some water damage due to the storm after something was fixed and they sealed everything up tight for us so we won’t have worries in the future. They even secured some siding that flew off with the storm without us even asking. We will be hiring this company again and recommend them highly.

In all fairness, they were able to comeby and conduct a diagnosis on my HVAC unit within the day I called them. Could have been a 5star if they hadn’t given me a VERY HIGH quote for the fan condenser replacement and labor. Ended up fixing it myself for 1/3 of the price.

Fast appointment and competent repair. Very expensive and I had even removed the toilet and vanity myself before the tech arrived. Figure $300 to $700 per hour. I don't think I would use them again because of the cost. Kind of greedy was my impression and I wouldn't trust them to be fair priced if I was an elderly woman for example. They charge extra if you supply your own new toilet for installation. My advice would be to get a few quotes before picking this company.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. Quest pipe replacement and upgraded our water heater, and disposal. Also added gas to the kitchen for new stove. Estimate was extremely professional. We had 3 recommendations and Bertolino Plumbing included far more than the others. Technician was considerate, and cleaned up each day. We couldn't be happier with our choice!
