Timothy was so incredibly helpful, he arrived early and was even able to help with another issue I had been having in the house which honestly took more effort than the original request! He was so polite and efficient, taking the time to explain everything to me. Very pleased with Sean's responsiveness and professionalism. I called him at 10 am with an urgent repair request and he willingly worked me into his already full daily schedule. He and his helper arrived about 3 hours later, quickly assessed what was needed and went right to work. Their work was thorough and executed in a very timely manner. They departed about 1.5 hours later leaving a clean and professional looking repair. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs beyond my capability.

The initial tech that came to troubleshoot our HVAC was great, work was fine, the new AC unit works great but I was not a fan of the Lead Tech that came to do the install. The Lead Tech needs customer service training. I work in the service industry and I understand how it should work. We had an issue with insulation pieces coming out of all of the vents in our house when they turned on the new unit and, when addressing the Lead Tech with the issue, the response was Thats never happened before....no empathy, no offer for a solution, just excuses and denial that it was from them (It must have already been in the ducts - we JUST had our ducts cleaned 2-3 months ago, it was definitely not already in there). I had to tell him how the situation could be rectified (I asked for a discount that was equivalent to getting our house professionally cleaned/wiped down) - a customer should never have to tell a company how to fix an issue unless they are asked What can I do to make this right? which was definitely not asked to us. My husband is not the easiest person to deal with but this Lead Tech did not handle his responses well and was unprofessional. He also told us we had to untape our vents because it would void the warranty on the units - we did as requested but I called the manufacturer (the Rep had never heard of that being an issue but couldn't officially tell me it wouldn't void it since it was up to the dealer to decide that). If you are able to close vents, why would sealing them off be any different? I'm pretty sure the guy was just being a jerk because he didn't like dealing with us at that point. I also had to point out pieces of insulation they left in our yard and they did not clean up our attic as they said they had. I will not be calling this company back just based on the terrible customer service by the Lead Tech.

Mark came out and took care of our problem the same day we called! He was knowledgeable, and took care of our plumbing issues in record time. Honest, professional and friendly. Excellent service!

Excellent service, explained the problem and repair. Completed repair same day as the call out even though it was not expected to be that large of a job. The technician was friendly and I felt comfortable at all times. Cost was reasonable and less than I had anticipated.Definitely will use again and recommend!!

American installed a Honeywell generator for me in July 2020. The next day, I began having problems with one of my AC units. Installers ran two cables, one from each compressor, to the transfer switch. The service man American sent out, said the problem was the compressor. I had my AC contractor come out, and he verified the compressor was in good working order. The second service man American sent out, said the problem was in my electrical panel. I called and electrician, he came by and said the panel was not the problem. The third service man American sent out, found the problem. He said the original installers, had the wires on the end of the cable, touching, which was shorting out my AC system. He separated the wires, and I have not had a problem since. When I asked to be reimbursed for the money I spent on the electrician, and AC service calls, American said it wasn't their fault, that the circuit breaker in my panel was to small for the unit. It is very interesting, that in the 18 years I have lived in this house, I never once, had a problem like this, and haven't had one since . I asked to speak with someone in management, but could not get a response. It is a shame what people will do, not to take responsibility for their own actions.

Unreliable/unprofessional owners and employees. They installed my water heater wrong!! The city failed it! Then didn't reschedule after they canceled their appointment to come back and fix it! The city issued fines had been giving them notices for over a month!! Do your self a favor and hire a real company with professionals. The city will have to come and inspect and they wouldn't recommend these guys!

Melissa was extremely knowledgeable and helped me fix the problem over the phone for a clogged shower drain after I had tried snaking the line myself. Saving me money!!!! Will call again for sure!

Todd was friendly and professional. He set an appointment and called me when he was on his way. He respected my home by using drop cloths to protect the floors and wiping his feet on the outside mat each time he came inside. Todd has a vast knowledge and he educated this first time home owner on a few plumbing and heating areas. His pricing is very fair and reasonable.
