After an initial quote I tried to contact them with questions about the job and I never got a response. My rating is simply based on the lack of response to the job and lack of urgency to do it.

Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

Terry was a delight! Professional and personable, and he did an awesome job. I really appreciated that Z Line handyman services texted his picture before he came out. It made me feel safe letting him in my home.

Sean & Steve showed up on time and crushed it! Our house is special and has stumped other plumbers in the past but they didn't give up & got it done! Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

The company was quick to contact me to apologize, which I really appreciated. I, in no way, am trying to get anyone in trouble, it's just that hygiene is all the more in our minds in this pandemic.

ORIGINAL:They had good availability, which was nice, and the technician was cordial, prompt and did a good job. However, when he began to unclog our toilet, he didn't use any latex gloves, was reaching into the toilet barehanded with toilet bowl water splashing all over our floors. After the toilet was repaired, he never washed his hands until I asked him, explaining we have small children in the house. Additionally, he never cleaned up the water on the floor. So I had to Lysol everything he had touched to include the floor. He fixed the problem in a timely manner, but I'm not sure if these are normal hygiene practices for this company, I'd like to think not.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. Super fast and affordable electrical service.

I have found plumbers for life in Coast Plumbing! As long as I live in the Norfolk area I will call Coast for anything I need. We knew we needed our main sewer line replaced from the house to the street and got many estimates. Not only was Coast fairly priced, but they recognized the urgency of our fix and were able to begin work very quickly. Tim and Doug are such friendly guys who take the time to explain what they’re doing, which made me feel so much better about such a big project. Coast Plumbing is an all-around great company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs the job done well!

Horrible sevice called them because of the ratings but Jake came out and did not know what he was doing and left the house a mess didn't put nothing back that he moved and was asking me to help him move this and that why would u need my help if this is your job I am here doing my job with my client and my was not happy and neither was I its not even my home and i wont be calling them poor service

Todd is a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. He is our go to plumber whenever there's an issue. Have used him several times for leaking pipes and backed up drains. Prices are reasonable too! Thanks Todd for all your help! Would recommend and continue to use him for any plumbing problems!

I have used Betty’s Plumbing twice. Once to replace most of the bathroom and kitchen faucets and toilets in my house, and the other time when a pipe broke. They are knowledgeable and honest.
