I had a plumbing leak, called, and was given an appointment early the next morning. They arrived on time, were friendly, and informative. I asked if I could schedule maintenance on my HVAC and they were able to service it the same day. All around great customer service experience from scheduling to execution. I would highly recommend this business. They definitely have my loyalty.

Someone came to my home one month ago but I never received a quote. I even called a couple times two weeks later and was told that they would reach out as soon as possible to give me an update. Never heard back. If you're unable to do the job then at least have the courtesy to let me know. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Don't use them!

Sean & Steve showed up on time and crushed it! Our house is special and has stumped other plumbers in the past but they didn't give up & got it done! Jeremy was our service technician who arrived on time as was stated and handled our issues promptly and professionally. We had a badly clogged kitchen sink as well as an issue with the hot water in our shower. He tackled both problems quickly taking the time to patiently explain what he was doing plus made recommendations for possible future tasks to improve the quality of plumbing in my older home. I was completely at ease with him and appreciated his courtesy in cleaning up after his work and wearing shoe covers to control tracked in dirt. I will continue to use A-1 as needed and recommend you to my neighbors, and I want Jeremy to be our regular maintainence tech. Thank you for a great service experience.

Dennis came out to help us move some radiant Heat water lines so that some termite repair work could be complete. Atomic Plumbing already came out, looked at it for 5 mins and said they couldn't do anything and then charged me $80 even after accepting the job on the phone. Which is BS!Dennis was the EXACT opposite. He knew exactly what was going on. Said it was easy work and had all the tools and materials needed to get the job done! Disconnected some pipes and then even made the system more efficient with better connections than were on there initially to prevent any future leaks. Prices were excellent and he was efficient with his time with quality work.I will never ever use Atomic Plumbing again but Dennis and American Mechanical have a customer for life! Highly recommend you give him a call if you want the job done right the first time!

They came out February 23 to fix a leaky toilet, the plumber disconnected it and left it, saying we need a new toilet. It is now March 8 and we still have no toilet, despite numerous phone calls and promises that they'll be out with a new toilet tomorrow.
