Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

Our electric water heater was 15 years old, beginning to leak and was mounted in our kitchen pantry threatening our new wooden floors. A-1 Matt and Tyler pulled the old water heater out of the house and installed a natural gas powered tankless water heater outside, solving several problems. They knew what they were doing, kept us politely and respectfully informed of their progress, and completed all aspects of the job professionally in a timely manner.

Folks, if your home is over 50 years old and your water bill is 5x normal AND the city drops a love note on your porch saying, Hey! YOU HAVE A LEAK, but you know you're not using THAT much water, STOP READING NOW, and call these folks ASAP ! I'm embarrassed to admit I was totally unaware I had a massive leak in the crawlspace. These folks were out within an hour of the call, an took care of business FAST. Already plan to have em back out to install an in-house water main shut off and replace all the leaky fixtures too. American Mechanical ROCKS!

I have found plumbers for life in Coast Plumbing! As long as I live in the Norfolk area I will call Coast for anything I need. We knew we needed our main sewer line replaced from the house to the street and got many estimates. Not only was Coast fairly priced, but they recognized the urgency of our fix and were able to begin work very quickly. Tim and Doug are such friendly guys who take the time to explain what they’re doing, which made me feel so much better about such a big project.
