So kind and sweet the whole time they were here! We called due to our AC completely shutting down and the very next day they came and fixed my 14 year old for such a reasonable price. During the entire process they were also kind enough to explain everything going on to me so I could understand the system better. I will absolutely be referring them to all of my friends and co-workers who need HVAC help!

I contacted Cecilia’s this morning on Yelp after a portable heater I had plugged in started my living room outlet on fire. They contacted me back immediately and let me know they were available today. Anthony showed up about an hour later, assessed the problem, repaired it, conducted a safety check and gave me recommendations on further improvements I could make in the future. He was polite and professional, and charged me less than the original estimate for the repair. It was a great experience after a stressful morning. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be calling them again for any future repair needs I have.

Terry evaluated my window situation and advised me of my options. In addition, he gave me useful advice about installing a new exterior door and deadbolt lock. He was very professional and thorough when discussing both issues. When I have decided on the style of the new door, I will definitely call this company. In addition, I plan to call them for other projects.

Phillip showed up very quickly after I placed my call and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly figure out where to start looking for the problem with the little pertinent information I had to give him. He worked quickly and effectively while showing / explaining to me the issues I was having and why. Less then 30 minutes after he arrived I had AC again.Thank you Phillip for all the hard work today. The plumber fixed the problem in recorded time. He was very knowledgeable in his trade and provided recommendations to avoid problems.
