I contacted Cecilia's this morning for a very clogged kitchen sink. They quoted me a very reasonable price, unclogged the drain today, and did not add anything to the price. The technician was very professional and gave advice on how to perform monthly maintenance to keep our drains clog free. Highly recommend.

Our bathroom pipes had been clogged and leaking through our ceiling. I loved that they called me when they were headed to my house. When the plumbers arrived they were very sweet. Introduced themselves professionally, and even handled my barking dogs with ease. They quickly figured out the problem and got to work. They didn’t BS the problem and try to do extra work to over charge us. They were very professional but also made some hilarious jokes to brighten up the mood. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on!

I had a plumbing leak, called, and was given an appointment early the next morning. They arrived on time, were friendly, and informative. I asked if I could schedule maintenance on my HVAC and they were able to service it the same day. All around great customer service experience from scheduling to execution. Fast appointment and competent repair. Very expensive and I had even removed the toilet and vanity myself before the tech arrived. Figure $300 to $700 per hour. I don't think I would use them again because of the cost. Kind of greedy was my impression and I wouldn't trust them to be fair priced if I was an elderly woman for example. They charge extra if you supply your own new toilet for installation. My advice would be to get a few quotes before picking this company.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems.
