Outstanding Workmanship. This TV Mount had many installation challenges such as the weight of the bracket/tv, centering the unit and interferences such as electrical outlets. Z-Line carefully planned the installation prior to hanging the wall mount and the project was completed successfully. Most impressively, Z Line cleaned up all debris during and after the this job. I highly recommend Z line for any home project.

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. So far Gravity Plumbing has installed a dishwasher, repaired a leaking copper pipe in my kitchen wall, replaced my kitchen faucet, replaced a commode and is about to install a well for watering my garden! I called and was given an appointment the same day. I like that I was asked to sent a picture of the damage if possible. I received text messages confirming the appointment and the name and contractor license number of the technician. I received a text that the technician was enroute who was early which was appreciated on a Friday evening. The technican was very courteous, respectful, friendly and conscious of the COVID-19 safety measures.. He give a quote prior to beginning the repair and quick and easy payment processing. Great service! I will definitely use the company again.

Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

I’m a huge fan of the quality of work and the professionalism of this company. They’re friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to my neighbor.

So my original experience with A1 was good, that is until I realized I had the same problem 5 days later(backed up main line from my upstairs). I called and was told I would be under warranty because it was the same issue. The technician I received was polite and tried his best but did not have the proper tools with him to fix the problem. In addition I was told the original issue was documented differently in the company's records even though it was the same issue, and that another technician will be there the following day but is not under warranty and that I would have to pay. I was beyond frustrated at this point and honestly wanted to go with a different company. I decided to stick with A1 because it was already scheduled. I got Pat B. On site he was polite, communicated well, asked all the necessary questions and was on his way. He cleared out my line and in addition made sure the documentation was correct. I felt he was honest and a hard worker. Hopefully I don't have issues in the future, but in the event that I do, I would go with A1 again and specifically ask for Pat B to save the headache.

Ed was our tech.My experience: Professional, courteous and answered all my questions.Explained what was wrong and even took the time to explain what he was doing- while fixing our leak, as I was curious about various things regarding our plumbing/leak issue.He also provided a quote on a secondary project.I'd like to note that I can count on one hand the number of companies, since moving to Virginia, that showed up when they said they would. Ed not only showed up right on time, he gave a courtesy call prior, to inform me of his ETA.That right there was enough to tell me I called a good company.If you're in need of a plumber- choose American Mechanical.

Was very professional. Price friendly. Also check out the rest of the house to give further recommendation. Will use them again.. also had a free opening on a Sunday which was hard to get someone out on a Sunday without being over charged for it.
