ERIC and ALEX were amazing! From moment one until the last moment. They were so knowledgeable, kind, punctual! Professional! They spoke to us honestly and so respectfully. They also quoted us half of rotor rooter! HALF! For way better service! I will refer 100% to them Every time and hopefully we don’t, but if we ever have plumbing needs again I will request them through precision plumbing! The woman in the office (didn’t catch her name) was not nearly as kind or helpful but i was still able to manage due to Eric and Alex’s excellence!

This family owned company was our first HVAC call since moving to VA from a different state. From talking to Mrs. Carolyn on the phone to then having her husband and grandson come out the same day- it was the best experience for a new homeowner. I am pregnant and they really wanted to make sure my AC was working correctly and before they left. I will never, not call this company when I need some help! Thank you Mr. Dodd and family!!

Sean is the best plumber I have ever had the privilege of using for all my plumbing needs. His prices are fair and his work is top notch. I wish I had only discovered him sooner. He has been our plumber for 5 years now. It’s rare these days to find a contractor who is so dependable.

My grandmother who is 92 years old had her air conditioning break friday. She has been using this company for years pays them monthly for maintenance has had 2 brand new units put in the the past 10 years. Spent countless dollars with this company they come out to check it she pays them the money to tell her what's wrong then proceeds to tell her they have to order the part to fix it and it would take 2 weeks. Keep in mind she is 92 no air conditoner in the house. Finally say they will come Monday and fix it nope they wont have the part for another day and only find this out after having to call because we have been waiting hours for them to show up they tell me they will call us right back and hours later still nothing....will warn people never to use them if this is how they treat a Clint that has used them for years

Mark came out and took care of our problem the same day we called! He was knowledgeable, and took care of our plumbing issues in record time. Honest, professional and friendly. Excellent service!

We didn't use the business for a repair because it was a simple fix with getting the correct faucet after they did their inspection. Raymond was very professional and on time. We would most definitely use this company again for any future plumbing issues.

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Had Greg come out on an emergency call on Sunday. Called and he was there within 45 minutes. Was very informative of what he planned to do and professional throughout. The price and service I received today on short notice is enough to make A-1 my go to company from now on.

I hold Ed Stonich, Plumbing Specialist, and Tim Hatfield, HVAC Specialist in highest regard for their expertise and people skills. They,,-and most others from American Mechanical, have made me feel secure in recent years, and currently, about the plumbing and HVAC systems in my 42 year old home in VA Beach. The office staff and department managers are outstanding in their customer service and people skills, further enhancing American Mechanical's reputation for excellence.

If I could give them less than one star I would. This plumbing company is a joke. They do not do their job properly and because of that my kitchen and dining area was flooded two nights ago as well as my neighbors... then they come to fix it not until yesterday evening. That wasn’t done even properly... we have no hot water.. haven’t had any for two days. Now I’m waiting on them... they should have been here over an hour ago. Which they really should have been here this morning but they’re in no hurry to fix anything... please find someone else for your plumbing needs. We rent our condo through a rental agency and they choose the plumber or I would have never chosen them....
