We had another plumber company to come out and do some simple plumbing repairs and they flaked out on us. We than called a few different companies to come out and no one could for 2 to 3 days, however when we called Tidewater they came out within less than a hour and did a great Job I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIDEWATER THEY ARE GREAT!

Mike was early and very professional. He took pictures, found the leak under our house (after a $700 water bill) and repaired it. Took roughly 30 minutes. Cost was way better than we expected. Top notch.

We just used this company for the first time to fix our washing machine that had a back up in the drain, they were great! They were punctual, extremely friendly, and reasonably priced. We would definitely use them again!

I used Z-line for replacement of storm door and they were fantastic. Tim was very friendly and helpful and tolerated my crazy dogs jumping on him. He’s clearly a dog lover… door looks great and they looked at a few other projects I need done. They can do most anything and they were fair and honest and didn’t recommend anything I didn’t need right now. Will be using again for sure! They also give military discount which is always appreciated!

Today I was quoted $650 for a simple condensation drain pipe flush. No replacement parts necessary or included in the quote. This was clear gouging. I very easily found another HVAC company who provided the same service for $94, and a friend of mine who is an HVAC professional in another state says $175 is the max charge for this type of service, and that includes some more detailed work if there are some issues that arise. Either the on-call technician was attempting to gouge me and pocket the money himself, or this company as a whole does not reasonably price its services.

One of our copper pipes had several leaks and the entire crawl space ultimately needed to be changed, from copper to PEX. Chrystian was the plumber that arrived to do the job. He was not only on time, but he worked while in pain because of a sport injury from the day before, and without stopping or complaining.Chrystian was personable, yet professional and extremely customer-focused. He not only heard, but he listened whenever I interacted with him. He told me what to expect, then did what he said that he would do. This job took 1.5 days and he was consistent the entire time. When I had to change the schedule unexpectedly to make an appointment, he took it in stride and accommodated our needs. When the job was finished, he sent a text to let me know the status and everything was done exactly as he said it would be done (including remembering to turn off the light bulb under the house, closing the crawl space door and locking the door to my home).I would highly recommend A1 Plumbing.
