Very poor customer service was not helpful at all. I'm not pleased

I'm glad we found Cecilia's Home Repair. We had him come over to repair a our toilet and sink and he did it quickly and even gave us recommendations. Thank you for the timely and affordable service!

Eli and Ryan T. were my professional plumbers and I say professional intentionally because not only were they on time, but both of these young men were fantastic. Made sure I understood exactly what they would do, but checked in with me during their install to make sure I was happy. I wish I could give these guys 100 stars.. I am on vacation and I have a new water heater within 48 hours. Top notch!!!!!

Of course I am gonna rate 5 stars. This is a family business. (My family) 3 generations could be working on the same job. And mrs. Dodd answers the phone. Mr. Dodd (my dad) has been doing hvac, electric, plumbing and gas fitting for more years than I have been alive. I have worked for the family forever now my son is working. A true family business. We must be doing something right because we have had the same customers for years, now we take care of their children and even a few grand children. Although we do advertise a bit, referrals is how most people hear about us. Maybe we get so many referrals because we not only enjoy our customers but we are greatful to be asked to come in your homes and help remedy your problems.

Hired Z Line to replace some privacy fencing and repair a gate. He sent estimate online & we accepted easily. He came on time the date work was scheduled with all tools & materials. His work was very nicely done, he cleaned up behind himself & verified all details with us to make sure he was giving us exactly what we wanted. His finished work looks so nice & we are very happy with the results. We will recommend Z Line without hesitation. Everything about dealing with Z Line was a good experience.

I have been using ALL DAY PLUMBING for all my plumbing needs. Raymond is an excellent plumber. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing. He cleans up after the job is done. Raymond gives WORLD CLASS SERVICE. Raymond has put two new toilets in my bathrooms and new sink fixtures

The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

I called Jack at PLANET PLUMBING on a Monday after our water heater stopped working on Sunday. He had his guys at our home that day. They did their best to get it to relight, to no avail. Parts had to be ordered from Home Depot under warranty. They were overnighted to me, and when I called Jack, he got his guys back out. Turns out, this model year of GE gas water heater gas water heater has a lockout mechanism that Jack knew about and after the parts were replaced, he made the necessary adjustment to make the unit work again. Kudos to PLANET PLUMBING for their diligence to making this unit work again. We will continue to utilize them, whenever the need arises. Thanks Jack, Rob, and Josh.

I don't know the names for the crew I had out to redo my sewer and water lines but these guys were amazing. PROS:* job time cut in half* I never had to leave my house (as originally advised)* the crew were friendly, professional? And respectful of my propertyCons:* I was advised by management of steps that would be taken (never happened)* I was informed that my job cost would decrease because its not as much as they predicted would need to be done (i paid the originally quoted price which is fine but the miscommunication is an issue)*upon job completion I was told management would call me back I was never contactedAll in all the team I had was absolutely amazing I would give them 10 stars if I could and I'd recommend A-1 for anyone in need of assistance.

American Mechanical always does an excellent job at a reasonable price. Rodney came out today to give me an estimate on a very complex project. He took the time to understand my concerns and address them. A very nice and professional young man.
