I cannot say enough good things about this company. Shower was not draining at all and we needed a new toilet installed asap. They called me back within an hour and showed up about 30 minutes later. The tech was super friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job on both tasks. I would 100% use Cecilia's again.

Roto-Rooter was the only plumbing company in the Hampton Roads area that I contacted that could help me the very same day I called. I called because a kitchen sink install went south unexpectedly (resulted in a leak and cut drain lines). Last evening we had a sewer backup at my Dad's. Dispatcher called and said they didn't have anyone available. I explained what was happening and she said...let me try one more of my guys. Well, Jeremy came out after he was already off work for the day and was able to help us out. When he arrived, he identified what needed done, gave us a quote and he was able to restore our plumbing in no time!
