I called Atomic due to a burst pipe. Was able to fix the burst pipe, but discovered a leaking toilet underneath the crawl space. The rep who came out was very unprofessional and scolded me for not letting them know it was no longer an emergency, even though I had already let dispatch know earlier when they called to confirm. Let them know a family member helped with the emergency, but that I had a leaking toilet. His response was if they were so handy fixing the pipe, have them fix the toilet. After jiggling the toilet with his knee for 5 seconds, they then brought me a quote to fix the toilet starting out at $370 with potentially being as expensive as $1,387 if more work was needed. For less than $10 from supply house, a youtube video, and 35 minutes of work, was able to fix the leak with a new wax seal. Paid $95 for them just to come out and be rude and condescending and then try to completely overcharge. It takes really poor customer service for me to write a negative review, but safe to say will not be using them again and will warn others. Do your research, don't get ripped off, and use another company with more integrity and professionalism!

Tidewater heating and Plumbing did a great job, they responded and corrected the problem. They have done work for me before including installing central air. I think they are the best!

We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

I highly recommend the plumbers at Cecilia's Home Repairs. Mike came out to our house this morning and did a great job installing our new toilet, our new kitchen faucet, and our three new exterior hose bibbs. Mike was a big guy! But he did a great job even working in a tight space under the sink. Not only was he very nice and polite, he also worked quickly and obviously knew what he was doing every step of the way. I had forgotten to buy new water supply lines for the kitchen sink and a new stop valve for the toilet (the old one had failed), but he had them in his van, so there was no time wasted. We are grateful for Mike being so friendly, patient with our questions, and focused on his work. I really did not have high expectations because I had never hired Cecilia's Home Repairs before, but now I am working on a list of electrical projects we need done, and I'll be calling them soon. I would have given this company 5 stars for the work that their rep performed for me last year; excellent service and very professional. I called today about something similar and Greg was telling me about something in his notes about me refusing to pay for a service and mentioning names of neighbors/people I don’t know. I found proof of payment and told him about the proof and it still wasn’t enough because he was focusing on some faucet service I know nothing about. When he mentioned the type of faucet he thought I had and I told him I had a different type of faucet, he still insisted that I refused to pay for a service.
I have no idea what he’s talking about. There was a time when I would have recommended this company, but will never use them again, nor recommend them to someone else.

Of course I am gonna rate 5 stars. This is a family business. (My family) 3 generations could be working on the same job. And mrs. Dodd answers the phone. Mr. Dodd (my dad) has been doing hvac, electric, plumbing and gas fitting for more years than I have been alive. I have worked for the family forever now my son is working. A true family business. We must be doing something right because we have had the same customers for years, now we take care of their children and even a few grand children. Although we do advertise a bit, referrals is how most people hear about us. Maybe we get so many referrals because we not only enjoy our customers but we are greatful to be asked to come in your homes and help remedy your problems.

Chris did some drywall work for me and replaced a gate latch. He was very professional, on time, and did a great job. Teresa went out of her way to make sure everything was completed while I had time off from work. I highly recommend this company and I will call them every time I need something done around the house.

They were here in under an hour!! Had us running smoothly again in under 2 hours! Great service!

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

They were awesome with getting me scheduled and arrived in a timely manor. The issue I had Was the plumber was trying to charge me $300–$400 a hour for a 3-4hr job. When I asked why it was so expensive he said he’s gotta make money too.

Warning do not use this business for any plumbing needs at all. Completely worthless failed to do their job that we paid for.
