Atomic Plumbing is amazing. I have used them twice in the last year. Both times I had bad pipes leaking in the garage. Justin R. was the technician to come both times. He was quick in arriving which is helpful when water is going everywhere. He is very professional and explained everything to me while fixing everything in a timely manner. After only 10 years of faithful service at SpeedPro Imaging in Norfolk, our water heater had given up on us and sprung a leak. Tidewater Plumbing and Heating were not only quick on the scene but very honest, communicative, and polite during the process. Their pricing was considerably less than any other competitor. Even after a completely honest, totally-not-a-big-deal-at-all mistake that lead to a damaged Keurig machine, our installer insisted that he pay out of pocket for a new one. What a great guy! Should we have any HVAC issues in the future, we know who to call.”

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

The two workers arrived at scheduled time, immediately went to work installing two new toilets, and was gone about 90 minutes later. They were friendly and cordial throughout the whole time. After having Cecilia's workers on our premises on three different occasions now, I have nothing but good things to say about them and the company. They are a class act that others would do well to emulate. They set the bar high.

Mike came out to my house about two weeks ago to take a look at a leak I've had on the first floor section of my roof. He provided me a reasonable quote and made the repair on the spot. Two weeks later, no leaking observed! What I liked most was that he explained everything that he was doing and even showed me the suspected area causing the leak. Great experience with Precision Plumbing, beginning with scheduling the appointment through the service appointment. Paul and Rob arrived right on time, were extremely professional and helpful in fixing my leak as well as providing a recommendation for a sticking kitchen faucet, all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Precision Plumbing and will without a doubt contact them for future plumbing needs.

I asked if I could schedule maintenance on my HVAC and they were able to service it the same day. All around great customer service experience from scheduling to execution. We called Z Line after discovering storm damage from Hurricane Ian.. Although it took a week to get someone out to evaluate and estimate damages,, once on the scene Tim started right away. Tim was efficient, cordial, professional and skillful during throughout the completion of the project.. My wife and I were more than pleased with the work and the price charged. We will definitely use this service again and strongly urge the dispatcher to send Tim Crawford back.

We normally used Smith and Keene, but they weren't able to schedule us until after Guy Smith, who found a way to squeeze us in earlier than initially scheduled. Technician found and repaired an issue that has been going on for awhile and not found by other service providers. Now our AC has worked the best it has in years. We highly recommend Guy Smith!

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

Excellent Service, Plumber Randon kept me updated on arrival time, estimate/assessment and the outcome. He sent the invoice, along with invoice details and pictures as this was a landlord/ tenant repair. I will definitely use them again. Along with the follow-up recommemdations.
