Very poor customer service was not helpful at all. I'm not pleased

Paid two other plumbing companies to come out and they couldn’t resolve the problem. Two days without being able to use the water. Tony came out and was able to resolve the problem within a few minutes. Never again Hampton Roads. Only will be using Cecilia’s Home Repairs from now on.

Great experience with Precision Plumbing today. My washing machine drain was clogged to the point that it was overflowing onto the garage floor and even backing up into the kitchen sink. After wasting a couple of hours attempting to clear the clog myself with my puny 25 ft snake, I decided to salvage the rest of my day and call the professionals. I chose Precision Plumbing because of their Google and Nextdoor reviews. I called at 9:40 am and spoke with Melissa; she was polite and professional. She said I could expect a plumber to arrive between 11 am - 2 pm. At 11:15, Scott called to tell me he was about 15 minutes out. He pulled into my driveway 13 minutes later. He spent a couple minutes assessing the situation and asking me questions about my problem. Then he went right to work. Scott was quite professional, patiently answering all my questions while he cleared the clog. The price was more than fair. I have found my plumber and will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

If you are like me when it comes to repairs I am just used to opening my wallet and let myself be robbed because of not being mechanically inclined. I got three estimate for repair to my AC unit and was given a range of 3000 to 5500 dollars being told this was needed, that was needed and so on. Anyway with money being tight I tried one more estimate and contacted James Dodd Plumbing and Air. The office staff was very friendly and was able to get Mr. Dodd himself out there the same day. So what the other repair places made seem like the end of the world turned out that just a minor repair was needed and the cost was minor. I was so relieved. So yes 'Virginia' there is a honest repair man out there. If you are looking for honesty, professionalism and people that follow through go with James Dodd Plumbing and Air.

This was a last minute siding repair due to the recent storm. Very quick response,very professional, knowledgeable and honest. The siding that he put back in place look better that it did before hand. I am a life time customer and will definitely recommend to others. otThank you for everything

Prompt service. Polite employees and agreeable prices. The technicians took care to place tarps to protect our carpets as well as to explain what they were doing during each step. The repair was done efficiently and the technicians took considerable care to clean up. We will definitely recommend to both family and friends.

The real estate company I rent from send these men out to fix various issues. Jacuzzis, toilets,etc. Very quick and pleasant service every time. If they have to order parts I normally have to only wait a day or 2 and they are back. I have not had any problems with anything they have fixed and even though my Jacuzzi is kind of old they still managed to get a hold of the correct parts. Awesome service

Coast Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater in our home. Also, they showed up on time for both visits, on the time we had agreed on. They are very professional, and I highly recommend them!!!
