I can't say how thankful and wonderful Mr. Martin and his colleague were this evening! They were very quick to respond to my problem, addressed my issue with quickness and had my a/c back up and running in no time! I would high recommend him to anyone with any issue they fix. Of course I am gonna rate 5 stars. This is a family business. (My family) 3 generations could be working on the same job. And mrs. Dodd answers the phone. Mr. Dodd (my dad) has been doing hvac, electric, plumbing and gas fitting for more years than I have been alive. I have worked for the family forever now my son is working. A true family business. We must be doing something right because we have had the same customers for years, now we take care of their children and even a few grand children. Although we do advertise a bit, referrals is how most people hear about us. Maybe we get so many referrals because we not only enjoy our customers but we are greatful to be asked to come in your homes and help remedy your problems.

Paid 250 dollars for him to switch dampers in attic, refused to come back to switch it back.Left us hanging, almost killed ourself trying to go to attic to find those dampers. Resorted to call someone else

Thought he was different than the other contractors.

Came out same day to fix a leak for me. Price was reasonable and I was given a military discount on top of that. Love it when a company supports service members and their families. Will be using them again!

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.
