Ryan with Atomic Plumbing did an outstanding job repairing an upstairs shower leak. There was a struggle with the faucets due to age, but due to his persistence he was able to correct the problem and replace with new hardware. He was very polite and professional and would highly recommend him to family and friends. Atomic Plumbing's customer support through the whole process was also outstanding. While another business wanted to charge me vital organs for an emergency worthy job (that they couldn't even get to for a week), Precision Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was at my home in less than an hour of me calling, and cost me a fraction of what the other business wanted. Kenny was our awesome plumber, he was polite, tolerant of the drama that is my life, and did all he could to ensure a successful problem removal while maintaining a low cost. That doesn't mean he did a shotty job, no. Kenny ended up ripping out my whole toilet to get it done and I still have all my organs intact!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company. If you are like me when it comes to repairs I am just used to opening my wallet and let myself be robbed because of not being mechanically inclined. I got three estimate for repair to my AC unit and was given a range of 3000 to 5500 dollars being told this was needed, that was needed and so on. Anyway with money being tight I tried one more estimate and contacted James Dodd Plumbing and Air. The office staff was very friendly and was able to get Mr. Dodd himself out there the same day. So what the other repair places made seem like the end of the world turned out that just a minor repair was needed and the cost was minor. I was so relieved. So yes 'Virginia' there is a honest repair man out there. If you are looking for honesty, professionalism and people that follow through go with James Dodd Plumbing and Air.

These guys were wonderful! They came in and fixed an issue we were having with the pipes draining sewage from our home that were causing our toilets to backup into our house.
