Mike with Accent Home Improvements & Repairs was great! We had a large section of shingles that came off during a storm and noticed it right before we were supposed to have another line of storms come through. We were concerned about water damage with the impending storms, but were struggling to find anyone willing or able to come out quickly to repair before the next round of storms started. Without even having to express our concerns, Mike offered to come out early the next morning to repair the roof before the storms started to avoid us having any issues with water damage. He was very professional & went out of his way to make sure the shingles matched & blended in with the existing roof. I would highly recommend him & will be keeping his information handy for any future needs we may have.

Needed drain pipe repair. Pipe was in crawl space and went through a wall. Technicians did a great job, very professional and enjoyed working with them. Although, scheduling dept. needs some work!

Of course I am gonna rate 5 stars. This is a family business. (My family) 3 generations could be working on the same job. And mrs. Dodd answers the phone. Mr. Dodd (my dad) has been doing hvac, electric, plumbing and gas fitting for more years than I have been alive. I have worked for the family forever now my son is working. A true family business. We must be doing something right because we have had the same customers for years, now we take care of their children and even a few grand children. Although we do advertise a bit, referrals is how most people hear about us. Maybe we get so many referrals because we not only enjoy our customers but we are greatful to be asked to come in your homes and help remedy your problems.

I had the most enjoyable experience of any service with Discount Plumbing's employee James. He showed up QUICKLY, within an hour, to the house where I had a complete stoppage in the main drain. My family couldn't use any plumbing, and after a really rough time with the home warranty people we called Discount Plumbing. James was done so fast I couldn't believe it. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. Everyone with needs for plumbing would be VERY lucky to have him. The service was 100% perfect and cheap but NOT cheap, if you catch my drift. My repairman was David. He called in advance and arrived promptly. He was courteous and provided great service cleaning and inspecting my heating unit. I have used this company for all my HVAC needs for years and would definitely recommend them.

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

Came to my house with a buyer without authorization from the homeowner. He created a hole in my tub then tried to write a quote for it. He refuses to fix it even though I have pictures that he caused it because it wasn’t there 2 days before during the professional home inspection: called him to give him an opportunity to fix it and obviously he isn’t insured. Will be taking him to small claims court!!! Don’t use him. He is a scammer!!!!
