Extremely professional. Wore boots and masks as soon as they entered my home. Actively listened to my explanations of the problem areas, assessed those areas, explained his assessment where I could understand them, and provided options that included repair, buy new from Atomic, or buy new as a customer. No sales pressure at all.

I had an emergency with a clogged toilet and Jimmy was here within the hour. He not only cleared it but fixed an issue with my leaky sink free of charge. Highly recommended if you need a plumber in the VB area!

The tech was very knowledgeable; his troubleshooting was immediately accurate. We were told something totally different by another company, but Pricision was obviously more expert. The tech took his time to remove a difficult clog from the ground in this hot summer heat.

This family owned company was our first HVAC call since moving to VA from a different state. From talking to Mrs. Carolyn on the phone to then having her husband and grandson come out the same day- it was the best experience for a new homeowner. Came to my house with a buyer without authorization from the homeowner. He created a hole in my tub then tried to write a quote for it. He refuses to fix it even though I have pictures that he caused it because it wasn’t there 2 days before during the professional home inspection: called him to give him an opportunity to fix it and obviously he isn’t insured. Will be taking him to small claims court!!! Don’t use him. He is a scammer!!!!
