I came home to find out our sewer was clogged and was backed up into the house. I called the main number on the site at 7pm and within 40 minutes there was a repairman was at my house working the issue. He was very professional and efficient. I called Precision Plumbing for a second opinion/evaluation on a leaking pipe that the first company told me would be a half day job which would involve removing my water heater and cutting a hole in my wall to access the leaking pipe. I called Precision Plumbing and Zack arrived in half an hour, assessed the situation, found the leak, removed a section of wall through my den and the leak was repaired within 20 minutes.
