Very unprofessional

Our tech, Jeremy Balmer was very professional and informative. I know he had a long day of work and we appreciated his flexibility in coming to our home later in the evening since it was the only time that worked for our schedule. He went above and beyond doing the plumbing leak detection to let us know what we can do to improve our water bill and what to look out for. Thank goodness no leak was found, but we learned so much in the hour he was with us. In addition, he even wore booties inside the house! Thank you so much again for your time and expertise! We’ll be sure to use you for any of our plumbing needs.

Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

After investigating he found that the thermostat burnt up to due to condensation. So now our 15 year old State water heater finally went out. He promised to to replace it the next day (which was his day off) with a new upgraded State water heater. Well he arrived around 9am and left before 1pm and left us with a working water heater after he cleaned up the area and secured the other unit he moved out of the way. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Alex and the service RotoRooter has provided us. thank you very much.”
