Great company. Always prompt and honest. They installed out heat pump fee years back and that's still going strong without any issues. Not only that but when they gave us an initial estimate they underbid themselves since our house needed more work done that it was obvious at first. They still honoured the estimate.When our heat stopped working, I called them and the technicians arrived ahead of schedule. Then they quickly discovered that the issue wasn't with the heat pump but with the electrical box. They referred me to an electrician and didn't charge me for coming out!

Raymond came out and assessed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He was courteous, reasonable, and most importantly professional!! I highly recommend his company for any plumbing needs. I will most definitely continue to use his services.

made a first time appointment and the rep ever showed up! called back the next day, no one picked up, so i left 3 voice mails, i even called again the following day, still no answer! its as if the company just up and disappeared! i wouldn't recommend at all
