Unfortunately, they advertise emergency services/repairs, however, this is not true. We called on 3/19/23 due to our gas hot water heater blowing out on the bottom - water everywhere. Our water to the main heater was not shutting off, so we had to cut the water to our entire home. We also needed help to make sure the gas was cut off correctly. They called us back promptly and were courteous, but their emergency services were not able to come out until sometime the next day. To me, this is not 24/7 service as advertised. We needed someone to come out and help up secure the area until temporarily on 3/19 until they could come out and replace the unit at another time. It is unfortunate, because I have heard a lot of good things about this company.

Most unprofessional plumbing company. Runs you through a gauntlet of intake to schedule an estimate and job. Then sends an email and makes you type all the same information again. Sent intake email...told that scheduling dept would be in contact soon. Two and a half business days and a weekend later I had to follow up on status. I called and was and I quote...sorry we did not call you back, management decided that they did not want our job. UNBELIEVABLE AVOID

Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

We have an older home with equally old pipes that are not always easy to work with. Shawn Prunty took the time to study the pipe system, even climbing on the roof to run the camera down the vent, to locate and determine the course of action needed to clear up the situation. Shawn and his assistant were polite, efficient and patient while explaining the situation and answering my questions. All was done in an hour.

Fantastic service! This was the first time I used A1 Sewer & Drain, but I now plan to call them first in the future. I had a minor water emergency and they came out the same day to resolve the issue. Called about heat being out last night, they took my information and called me with an appointment the next day. Austin showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and has it up and running in no time. Great experience I have no complaints.
