When my sewer line in the yard backed up into the house, I panicked! Of course it was the weekend, too. Atomic had done a couple repairs at my house in the past, and never disappointed, so I called them. Scott P. and Mike showed up as soon as they could, and cleared the line in 30 minutes. As always, they did a great job. Very professional, considerate, and skilled at their trade. Highly recommend!

I hired Mike from Accent Home Improvements to repair gutters on the second story of my home. I called and explained my problem and he offered a fair and reasonable estimate over the phone and was able to perform the repair the next day.

Service was great found the leak pretty quickly though it was in the wall. Fixed the leak and proceeded to clear the drain that caused the water to back up and rust the pipe causing the leak. Was a pretty bad clog that took some time to clear, which showed to be cleared but after using the sink for a while it started to back up again and when we called Precision they came back and worked the clog again until it was cleared.

Called Sean last minute for sink hookup day after new counters installed and he came through like a champ. His pvc work under sink was so clean and neat! And then he hooked up a toilet that we had not scheduled. Sean will take care of you!

Came on short notice started looking at cheapest problem first. Fixed issue and explained what was going on. Would trust them with any future service. Probably will get them to do future hvac on my first floor older home. Signed up for annual maintenance on system

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Robert was very efficient. I showed him the issue, he knew right off the bat how to fix it. He was very professional, kept me informed and completed the job at hand (even through a tropical storm!)

We were very happy with our service. We called because we were worried about plumbing in our masterbath and they were able to have Gregory come out the same day. Gregory answered all our questions thoroughly, and even spoke to us after hours. He was very nice and efficient!

I found this business to be unresponsive. Claimed they do not repair any damage they do to your home. It took too long to get a refund from them for work not performed. DueTo the fact they would have damaged my roof - would not repair damage they did.Was ready to contact attorney when they finally provided refund.Do NOT!! Repeat — DO NOT waste time and money on this business.

We had a hot water line leak and drain issue and the technicians knew exactly how to complete the repair in a timely fashion. They gave us instructions to stop the water damage until they arrived within 12 hours. I will always call them! Blessings blesses homeowners!
