Just have to take a second to praise Atomic Plumbing for their amazing service & working eagerly to help us get the gas back on at our house! Our tech Scott P. and his team were so compassionate and hard working, they came back every day since Friday to check and triple check the repairs they made before the city came out for their inspection and then went as far as to pause another job to come hook everything back up after the inspection passed so that I could have time to get the gas company out before tempatures dropped again last night. The fact that he cared about my family especially my babies needing heat in their home, made me KNOW I chose the right company for the job! I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

I had a plumbing leak, called, and was given an appointment early the next morning. They arrived on time, were friendly, and informative. I asked if I could schedule maintenance on my HVAC and they were able to service it the same day. All around great customer service experience from scheduling to execution. I would highly recommend this business. They definitely have my loyalty.

Zak was on time, courteous, professional, and did excellent and high-quality work. He went the extra mile to install a light in my high ceiling with his ladder. Sean and Steve came over soon after I called about my plumbing problem. Both were courteous and very efficient. I had a clogged sewer pipe and a leaky garbage disposal. I would recommend them 100% for any of your plumbing needs. Sean even came back later in the day and dropped off a product that I could use for my sewer pipe to help prevent a future problem. I was very appreciative because it was unexpected. Also the price for repairs were very reasonable. Thanks again guys!

The technician and staff on the phone we're very friendly and polite. I was quoted $145/hr for work via phone and had the tech scheduled. Upon arrival he reviewed my situation and explained that this would be a costly repair (which I was aware of). He then took pictures of my piping and placed his head in my crawl space for a look. He informed me that he would have the manager contact me for a hard quote that is more accurate vs going off the hourly rate. He then said he needed to collect money for arriving, $195. So no work done, less than 1hr on site, consultation completed, and a bill larger than initially quoted. When I did receive the quote it was even more than I anticipated. I proceeded with a different company. I did receive a follow up call from A1 inquiring if I would like to proceed, I advised them of the events and that I felt upset about the mis-qoute for labor and the fact that a consultation still cost me the same. They simply replied with sorry. I understand paying people for their time but in my eyes (and most businesses) consultations are not the same price as lifting a tool.

Scott showed up at a moments notice to inspect the boiler in our Tailor shop. Long story short, we were lead to believe there was gas fumes coming from a stack. After thorough assessment he determined thankfully that was not the issue and so relieved! Being a holiday week I was surprised that anyone would even show up, but grateful that he did!

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. Super fast and affordable electrical service.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

I called Jim to run a gas line so that we could hook up our washer and dryer in the laundry room, and he understood the timeliness of the request and was out to install it the next day. He was incredibly professional and kind and worked quickly. We greatly appreciate Jim and his son's attention to detail and quality of work done.
