Called Atomic for my business on a Saturday morning, and had Mike W and Mike (no relation🤣) at my door within 45 minutes. They were clean, professional, efficient, and affable. Humble and hard working guys. Our main septic drain was clogged and they jumped right in and got it cleared. Mike W. also mentioned other minor issues, offered remedies, and an estimate should we need assistance. We all want to do business with people we like, these guys made it super easy and we know who to call next time we have an issue. Great job Atomic. 👍🏻

We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

So glad to have found Sean!! A leak in my ceiling was coming from my shower, and after reading/watching a bunch of DIY guides online, I realized I needed a professional plumber for the job rather than having my handyman friends fiddle around with it. Plus, timing was urgent - I rent out my home as a vacation property and my first guests were arriving the next day!

I texted Sean at 1 am, he replied at 3 am that he could come first thing in the morning, and was at my place by 7am! Such a relief!!!

I didn't want him to cut into my ceiling because of the guests' next-day arrival, but he performed a lot of tests to investigate the source of the issue. He fixed the leaking shower valve and replaced the tub spout - which appeared to do the trick until he felt a drop of water on his head as he was leaving. Although we suspected it might be residual water (ceiling was quite damp, drips were much slower), he still spent the next 40 minutes investigating. He replaced the tub drain to be safe, and didn't charge me anything extra -- even though I asked!

Since he did everything possible short of cutting into the ceiling, we agreed that I would keep an eye on it and let him know how it looks later today. If it's still dripping, he'll return to cut into the ceiling and my guests will just have to be ok with a temporary panel -- which is way better than dripping water and black mold!!

I 100% recommend Sean - he truly goes above and beyond to ensure highest quality and satisfaction!! I'm excited to work with him on my future bathroom/plumbing projects (hopefully no more leaks, just fun upgrades! ;)) Thank you Sean for easing my worries and helping me out so quickly and thoroughly!!!

I see a lot of good comments for this company, so I decided to call them, not knowing what to expect, I went for it, My AC liquid line is frozen before the appointment, I decided to check and replace the filter and turn off the AC and turn the fan on to defrost, but while we sleep I decided to leave it on it was just to hot it was 85 degrees inside and we couldnt sleep, finally AC&R Tech came early which is good, to see whats goin on, HE SAID HE CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE all the lines are frozen and he has to come back tommorrow. Now for them to DRIVE to my place cost $89.00 JUST TO GET HERE, so Im not paying for diagnostic Im paying for their gas, laughable, He even said I shoulve left my AC off, I got that, but him coming to my house didn't do a single thing, and I have to pay $89 then another $89 for him to come again the next day?? This company thinks Im rich or what? Ive been having this problem for so long I just need a little consideration, atleast come back next day and actually diagnose the system and ill pay for the diagnose . . . Very respectfully -Warren

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

First time dealing with them - they completed a dishwasher install that someone else wasn't able to complete. I believe the fee was very fair.

Also, Robert and Jack (son) were very professional and helpful!

I will definitely use them again.

Shawn Prunty was the service expert and he was professional and informative about ways to prevent clogs in my main sewer line. I appreciate the speed that Jordan called me back Saturday evening after I submitted a quote request via Angi, their flexibility with changing my appointment, and how great a job that Dylon performed quickly. Work performed included drywall removal, removal of old washing machine valves crimped to polybutylene piping, installation of PEX to support installation of new valves, and repair testing. All for a reasonable price after I spent hours realizing I couldn't do the job myself without special tools (not on hand). Thanks!

Unreliable/unprofessional owners and employees. They installed my water heater wrong!! The city failed it! Then didn't reschedule after they canceled their appointment to come back and fix it! The city issued fines had been giving them notices for over a month!! Do your self a favor and hire a real company with professionals. The city will have to come and inspect and they wouldn't recommend these guys!
