It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

Precision plumbing was recommended to me by a friend who has been using them for many many years… I contacted them the next day and actually spoke to the owner of the company. I had a few plumbing repairs that needed to be addressed he immediately put me in contact with the main office and set me up for an appointment the following day. The office staff set everything up very professionally and texted me the next day when the technician was on his way. On time...was a little more involved than we thought, older house stuff. But went the extra mile and made things right.

Ive been doing business with GS for many years and have been satisfied with the results at two different homes. My current home has an older heat pump and it runs fine but the specs plate was missing so the tech, Larry, took the time today and manually figured all the information he needed to make appropriate adjustments to the equipment and immediately my house felt cooler and dryer. I was pleased with the time he took and I really felt educated after the explanation he gave me. He is obviously a knowledgeable HVAC technician. Guy Smith delivers!!

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond
