Used them a couple times now. They were reasonable and respectable. They explained everything they were doing to me and what the problem was and showed me when they could.

Based on a friend’s recommendation, I contacted Z Line to get an estimate for installation of grab bars in our Main shower. I already had an estimate from another company but wanted a second opinion. I do most of the small projects on my house but wasn’t comfortable drilling into my tile shower walls for fear of ruining some beautiful tile work. Z Line sent Michael Bein to give me an estimate and to do the work if we accepted the written estimate.
Mike looked the job over, talked about how he would install the bars without risking my tile and then gave me an acceptable estimate.
He was very courteous and professional, plus confident and made my wife and I comfortable that he could do the job correctly. The job was completed perfectly! I’ll certainly use him again if needed and I’m recommending Z Line for anyone that needs handyman services. They do a myriad of small jobs and can schedule a timely estimate.

We were very pleased with our technician Shawn and the guy who he was training. I don't think I ever had any service people ever come to my house as friendly as these two guys. By the time they left, it felt like they were family. I also watched as the technician was training and I was very impressed at how detailed he was in explaining what was going on to his trainee. The trainee watched every move he made and ask questions I could tell he was very into what he was doing. I think he will be an excellent addition to your company. I think I'm going to have to find things wrong so we can get them back over here just so we can see them again, LOL! Just kidding. Came out on time to the minute. Was very open and informative on what he was doing to see why my heat/ac wasn't working. Explained to me why I don't need expensive filters, but to change monthly for better system performance rather than quarterly. Didn't try to upsell anything. Answered my million questions with a smile and even waited while I worked out the Nest app for a new thermostat that he installed. Very happy and will never call anyone else!

Called Herb on Saturday to fix bathroom Service plumbing line leak. Although on his own time, he stopped wheat he was doing he showed up at my house in a very short period of time and within 30 minutes had fixed my issue. We had up front price agreed upon and although it wasn't exactly what we agreed upon, the change to the service was negligible in price.
