This is an outstanding company! Within 24 hours of my initial phone call, Team Leader Scott McCants was at my house, provided a professional assessment of my plumbing issue, and provided three reasonable and understandable options. After reviewing the options, Scott effected the repairs in a quick and efficient manner. Additionally, Megan (the office manager) was also very professional and (via phone calls and emails) kept me info'ed on the status of this service call. This was my first time doing business with Atomic Plumbing and now I'm a big fan. If you have a plumbing issue, call Atomic Plumbing and you, too, will become a fan!

Of the 3 email responses I got from 24/7 plumbers I contacted, the response from this company, I felt, was the most transparent. They gave me a price range and told me exactly what might have to be done to solve the problem. They jumped through hoops to squeeze me into their day. The plumber that arrived was courteous and instructive. He gave me tips on how to extend the time between plumber visits. So I will definitely be contacted them the next time I have a plumbing issue that's too much for me to handle.

Sean was quick to come out, very quick and quality work, and he will be the only plumber I will be using. I recommend Sean to anybody that needs any kind of plumbing work to be done.

Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.

Bobby was sent out first for the emergency water shutoff. He was helpful and friendly. He even went under the house to check for any damage to the foundation. Next , William the technician came out. Awesome guy ! Very knowledgeable and professional. Very interpersonal and friendly. He was happy to help and before he left, he gave us some good ideas to prevent any future problems with our toilet. William is a great representation of the company ! Well done.

We had plumbing issues that fell on the weekend. The technician Gary was able to come out and fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We were very appreciative and will definitely use them in the future!!

I did not end up actually using this contractor but they responded very quickly to my request for an over the phone estimate and were extremely courteous and professional in all my interactions with them.

Nothing against the plumbers themselves or the work but I will never call on them again because the person who sends them out on calls was an absolute nightmare to talk to. It ended up costing me a $170 for them to come out and wasn't able to help me because they don't do certain jobs. I had explained what I needed to the woman but she didn't advise their limitations in regard to the job I needed. So all they did was repeat back what I had already knew and charged me for the privilege. She threw jabs at me and accused me of giving her inaccurate information when I followed up. I work in customer service and I have never used snide remarks or tried to debate with them to win an argument. Totally unprofessional.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Company does not answer the phone. Schedule appointments and do not show up!! They rescheduled 4 times through the home warranty company and they never showed up. Horrible at answering phones and when they do an emergency happened or they are driving and will call back in 15 minutes and never do! What did I do in response, I called back until the phone was picked up and then they had the nerve to be mad when I have been waiting to get my issue fixed for over 2 weeks with no updates and no response!! THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!
