thank you to Roto Rooter and Plumbing's diligent plumber Ryan out on an emergency call this night.Ryan not only fixed the leak with certainty but also with a quickness!He informed me on the what, whys and how concerning the bursting pipe, the equipment being used, and the clean up being provided after his visit.He took care of the directly effected area, surrounding areas, and areas i didn't think of checking myself!I would say Ryan fixed the problem /twice/ over!!!! all with a positive and kind manner. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Company does not answer the phone. Schedule appointments and do not show up!! They rescheduled 4 times through the home warranty company and they never showed up. Horrible at answering phones and when they do an emergency happened or they are driving and will call back in 15 minutes and never do! What did I do in response, I called back until the phone was picked up and then they had the nerve to be mad when I have been waiting to get my issue fixed for over 2 weeks with no updates and no response!! THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!
