We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

Water supply to house had a leak, next to driveway. City said we had to fix it. Sean had someone at our house that day to identify the problem. They left us a tool so we could turn the water off and on as needed since the leak was running up our meter. They fixed everything the next day. They had to break up part of driveway and dig deep to get to the pipe. Then they replaced the bad section of pipe, sealed everything, and fixed the driveway. Only charged us the lowest price they estimated. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They easily could have charged more. Sean also took the time to explain what was done. Sean fixes Johns plumbing is a great company, with professional, courteous people, and is hands down the only number I'm calling for help in the future.

Almost a year later, and the repair is still perfect. We had a different water problem today, and Sean was able to come out today, identify the problem and fix it right away. Still the best, thanks Sean!

About a month later. How's this for a Christmas nightmare: 500 miles from home, wake up Christmas morning 2018 to find a voicemail from my neighbor that our driveways are flooded and it looks like it's coming from my yard. I call Sean fixes Johns assuming I'll be leaving a message. It's early Christmas morning after all. Instead, I reach Sean himself. I explain the problem and he comes to my families rescue. Christmas is saved. He personally drives to my house and shuts off the water. Knowing that my family will be back in town in a day and we'll need water, he gets everything repaired before our return. To top it off, he charged me NOTHING because the new leak was near the old leak from a month ago, so he ruled it a warranty claim. He knew I was out of town. If he was unscrupulous, he could have told me anything and charged me a lot of money, but he is an honest man who cares about his customers. Sean is my Go-To-Guy forever.

I called and was given an appointment the same day. I like that I was asked to sent a picture of the damage if possible. I received text messages confirming the appointment and the name and contractor license number of the technician. I received a text that the technician was enroute who was early which was appreciated on a Friday evening. The technican was very courteous, respectful, friendly and conscious of the COVID-19 safety measures.. He give a quote prior to beginning the repair and quick and easy payment processing. Great service! I will definitely use the company again.

My faucet was missing a part and Joe went above and beyond to find a part the Amazon did not include in my box

Terrance was a great technican, very knowledgeable and great at explaining what he was doing and how he's fixing my drain issue as well as giving tips and suggestions on how to prevent future issues as well. . Using the site to schedule same day within a few hours was awesome as well.

We had a hot water line leak and drain issue and the technicians knew exactly how to complete the repair in a timely fashion. They gave us instructions to stop the water damage until they arrived within 12 hours. I will always call them! Blessings blesses homeowners!

I was referred to Mr.Rashad by a Facebook friend because I have a clog in my drain. So I immediately contacted him to see if I could get an appointment and he responded in timely manner. Upon his arrival he took a look at my issue and realized what the problem was. After talking for a few I told him I did have a home warranty but I knew they couldn't get out that day so that's why I contacted him. Instead of him just taking my money and running he told me exactly what was best and to go with my home warranty because it would save me a lot of money. When he said that I knew then he was a honest man and him and his business will go far in life. Even though I never received a service I'll definitely be referring him to anyone I know looking for plumbing services because I know they won't be taken advantage of. Thank you Mr.Rashad for being a good person.

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!

Great guy friendly, fair, clean and thorough

I am a stay at home mom and had a severely clogged kitchen drain with 3 kids. Roto Rooter Plumbing of N Virginia made it easy. We booked the appointment online late last night, they came exactly when they said they would, the plumbers were very professional and friendly, and the job took them exactly as long as they said it would. I will be using them again!

Kevin was very professional in his work, good communication of the problem and how it was being repaired. I especially appreciate his work given the hour in which the situation occurred. Highly recommend!

They wanted $78 just to provide an ESTIMATE on standard maintenance services - (cleaning and tune-up)...

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Company does not answer the phone. Schedule appointments and do not show up!! They rescheduled 4 times through the home warranty company and they never showed up. Horrible at answering phones and when they do an emergency happened or they are driving and will call back in 15 minutes and never do! What did I do in response, I called back until the phone was picked up and then they had the nerve to be mad when I have been waiting to get my issue fixed for over 2 weeks with no updates and no response!! THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!
