Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

Totally professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. We have a toliet we need to replace and Sean came out twice to auger it to help me just get through the holidays before having to fix it. He was literally here 10 mins after I called him. He also provided info on which toliet would work best for the replacement. I'm so glad I could find a plumber who I can trust.

I have used All Day Plumbing on two occasions, at separate locations. I was satisfied both times. They effectively communicated the problems, which ended up being three clogged drains, in a way that was easy for me to understand, and then fixed them without delay.

The only reason why I did not give All Day Plumbing five stars is because the plumber showed up approximately 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. However, I would use and recommend them, if needed, again.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

I appreciate the professionalism from Roto-Rooter customer service. They contacted me to let me to let me know when Ryan was on his way.After I explained the issue about the leak from the shower drain, Ryan carefully examined the shower drain and then explained to me what needed to be done and how he was going to do the repair. He also explain the cost of the repairs as he went along so there would be no surprise cost at the end. After he finished the repairs he turned on the shower to make sure there was no leakage from the new drain installed and there wasn't. It worked perfectly!!I am very happy with the service I received from Ryan and Rotor-Rooter's customer service agents. I definitely will use them again and refer them to allmy family and friends.

Ryan came to my rescue and fixed my toilet after it was broken by another plumber. I appreciate the fact that he let me know what he was doing/did to fix the problem. Would recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing work

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Our heat went out last March and I called since I had a
$79 coupon to cover the service call if they did the work. The tech looks at the furnace and says our igniter needs to be replaced. Tells me it's $600. I tried to call my husband who was away at a conference but by the time he called back the tech had pressured me into signing. He went somewhere for an hour, came back with the part and replaced it in the furnace. After he left I realized I had forgotten to give him the coupon and called the office. They said sorry, too late. When my husband got back in town he wanted to go to the office with a baseball bat. The igniter is $27 and held in by two screws. Total rip-off and I'm sure no one has ever had a manger return their numerous calls.

I was thinking about what to say in this review, but after reading the numerous negative reviews that have already been posted, it is not difficult to find what to say. This is a company that has little to no regard for customers. We were provided this vendor through our home warranty after having reporting a leaking pipe. When the plumber came out, he said that it was not a leaking pipe and that what we needed to do was repair the grout. I was skeptical and I asked him to remove the shower faucet plate to look at the fixture. His response was I have many years of experience and I can guarantee to you this is not a leak. Well, after a week of not using this shower, we have water coming through our ceiling onto our dining room table. When we called the home warranty company, they rebooked the same plumber. I was contacted by the plumber they scheduled an appointment the next day. They did not show up for the appointment so I called them I spoke to Jason said he was on his way running late. 15 minutes later I get a text stating the service call as been cancelled with no explanation. I tried to call them several times with no luck. TCP Plumbing screen their calls and let the answer machine pick up. Stay away from this unreliable business!!! They are so unperfessional.
