Atomic Plumbing came within hours of our call to replace a leaking water heater. The technician, Ryan, was professional, performed a thorough evaluation, proposed some options and reviewed pros and cons of each.He was efficient with his time and answered questions when asked. He instructed us regarding new equipment functioning. Also, he explained the warranty for all pertinent equipment. I called Precision Plumbing for a second opinion/evaluation on a leaking pipe that the first company told me would be a half day job which would involve removing my water heater and cutting a hole in my wall to access the leaking pipe. I called Precision Plumbing and Zack arrived in half an hour, assessed the situation, found the leak, removed a section of wall through my den and the leak was repaired within 20 minutes. Big thanks to Zack and owner Paul for a company you can truly depend on with true professional technicians that know what they're doing. Zack was fantastic! Thanks again.

I needed my water heater replaced in Camden, NC. Pat and Luke arrived and went straight to work. They were very friendly and professional and informed me of everything they were doing and even advised me to change out a valve and why. Awesome service from start to finish. I also wanted to say setting up the appointment when I called was a pleasant experience. I did forget her name and I apologize, but she was very helpful and went through everything to expect.
