This family owned company was our first HVAC call since moving to VA from a different state. From talking to Mrs. Carolyn on the phone to then having her husband and grandson come out the same day- it was the best experience for a new homeowner. I am pregnant and they really wanted to make sure my AC was working correctly and before they left. I will never, not call this company when I need some help! Thank you Mr. Dodd and family!!

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

I called based solely off their rating. Who locks the door so I cannot see the work being done to my house. Apparently the guy who came to fix my plumbing issue. While my leak is no longer an issue, my water pressure is way lower than it was before and charged an hour and a half because he took it upon himself to install a shower head sitting in the bathroom that I did not ask him to do.

Are assets to American Mechanical- they arrived promptly, explained the job, got to work right away and took the time to clean up afterwards- I had a chance to check the outlet they installed before they left and am super pleased- a very professional job done by knowledgeable techs!

This company understands you the customer. I had one kitchen drain fixed. Also senior tech Levi and Greg did a great job to install two faucets plus three water valves in one bathroom. I will call time company who cares about the work they commit to in your home.

As a new homeowner, I called my gtb father-in-law when we had a water leak, figuring he’d know of a good plumber in Virginia Beach to help us. We took his advice to call Rob Bertolini Plumbing & Heating without question and were almost shocked when Jason and Tony exceeded all of our expectations. They were downright professional. After the fact, I checked out the company’s website and thought that everything listed in their “Why Hire Us” section rang true. Thank you guys and especially to Jason, who also let us know of other services they provide, so we now know who to call in the future for various heating/plumbing needs!
