We combined Mr. Dutzer's service with a local Home Depot contractor appointment to replace two (2) inside supply line shutoff valves and replace one of two (1 of 2) total, main floor (1st fl.) toilets. Inside the upper water tank, the old toilet was stamped October 12th 1968, so yeah, it was well past the time to replace it.

Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

Called Atomic at about 5:45 on Friday night because our hot water heater had water coming out of the pressure pipe steady for almost an hour. Mylissa answered the phone and was very helpful and said someone could be out in an hour. Jimmy P. arrived in about an hour. Examined the issue and stopped the water coming from the pressure relief. We decided to replace the 13 year old water heater in stead of just fixing the issue and waiting for another to develop. Jimmy P. said he would be back out with the new water heater at 8:00 on Saturday morning. He was on time and ready to go. He jumped right into getting things done while Javier G. was on his way with the new water heater. Jimmy P. and Javier G. did a great job doing the removal and install and worked great together. Best part of this was the pricing, I like the flat rate charge by the job, not by the hour. I found their pricing to be very reasonable!! Great job done by Atomic, Jimmy P., Javier G., and Mylissa!! You'll get our business again.

Bill and Morris provided exceptional work getting my heating system back up and running. They were thorough with identifying the root cause of the issue with my unit and provided a fix at a very reasonable expense. I would recommend Tidewater Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning to anyone in need of repairs or new installation. They will be the first to get a call from me if I ever require future repairs. They are not busy trying to upsell you on the next shiny thing , they are maintaining your heating and cooling and advising you. I like that very much.
