Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

Unfortunately had a pipe leak under my house. Called Atomic plumbing, not only did they come quickly, but Brian was professional, personable and fixed my problem, turns out there were two leaks. Then surprised me with a very reasonable bill, I had to ask twice about price. Highly recommend Atomic Plumbing. Out of 5 stars they get all 5.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. Sent a request for service via their online system and received a response within a day - had a technician on-site the next day. That's outstanding service! The technician, Jeronmy, was on-time, very personable and professional, and explained what he was doing/going to do at each step of the process. He even checked back with his manager to discuss our particular situation - he didn't just make something up or throw up his arms. Although they were not able to correct the specific problem, we did rule out a number of things and brought some peace of mind that my house's plumbing was in good shape. Would highly recommend.
