My 90 year old mother had several plumbing issues....Ryan took care of all of the problems we called for and more. She was extremely satisfied with all the work and the time he took to explain things....he even got approval from my 125 lb service dog Ranger! Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

Very nice people but a little too expensive to call back. I needed a gasket put on a PVC pipe and after that was done in my bathroom I just asked if a noise in my kitchen pipe was normal the guy came to my kitchen heard the water running said it was the trap and was fine and all this was $213. Like I said nice people just too expensive.

Randon came out soon after my call, unfortunately, the job needs some contraction work to be able to fix. Would definitely call All Day again. Randon was nice, polite and explained everything that would need to be done. Will call once I find a contractor to take out the tub or vanity.

Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Work was done by Mike Brady. Very easy process for the repairs but was a bit late on arrival. My piping is fixed and the work is satisfactory. Mike was very knowledgeable and acted professionally in answering all of my questions and concerns of the repair. Great service, would recommend and call them again if needed!

After an inspector found water under my house I tried to turn off the water to my house and the cutoff valve broke off in my hand. I called A1 Sewer & Drain and the plumber was very knowledgeable and professional. He isolated the leak to two valves in the wall and quickly made repairs, he then repaired leaks in the bathtub handles. I also had a leak on a toilet and he fixed the leaky cutoff and just replaced the toilet because it was really old and in disrepair.He also showed me how to cut off water at the street, and showed me how to tell if there is a leak in the house by watching the water meter (so I don't have to crawl under the house again).The plumber was just a really nice person, very knowledgeable, gave me advice about future projects I wanted done to the house. This is the second time I have used this company. I used them several years ago when the water pipe in my front yard broke open and flooded my front yard. They did a really good job on that repair also. I definitely feel like I was charged a reasonable price on both repair jobs. In my experience this is a very reliable and trustworthy company and I will definitely be using them for any future repairs.

I’ve been solely using American Mechanical for a few years now…in the past it has been HVAC and Electrical, today it was Plumbing. Phil figured it out and did a great job; I don’t bother looking for any other providers now.

Scott showed up at a moments notice to inspect the boiler in our Tailor shop. Long story short, we were lead to believe there was gas fumes coming from a stack. After thorough assessment he determined thankfully that was not the issue and so relieved! Being a holiday week I was surprised that anyone would even show up, but grateful that he did!
