Justin Duke was my plumbing technician and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Very happy with him as a person and the work he did! My bathtub had a lot of trouble draining so I had a lot of hair and whatnot backed up in the tub. Icing on the cake was he literally cleaned my bathtub when he was done. Totally unexpected and he didn't have to do that. Very happy with Atomic and the work Justin did!!

Sean and his helper Steve were amazing. Sean worked with me over the phone while I bought some parts at local hardware store. Within 24 hours of calling on weekend before Christmas, Steve arrived on time and quickly repaired leak under kitchen sink. Thank you for returning calls and arriving a professional experience.

Guy Smith Heating and Cooling for the WIN! During the massive heat wave of July 2022 our AC went out without warning Friday evening. I called literally 18 companies (went in order of online results) and was told the same thing over and over we're going to charge you an arm and a leg to come out, won't promise to fix it, and we can't come out until 10 days from now.Guy Smith answered the phone on a Saturday morning, was professional and courteous, and dispatched a technician not only the SAME DAY; but, showed up in only FIFTY SEVEN MINUTES! The problem was identified within 10 minutes of arrival, and only 10 more minutes later was the AC back operating with a new Capacitor.In fact, they were so courteous, knowledgeable, and timely I signed up for their recurring maintenance plan on site. This was the most professional and truly effective AC company i've had the pleasure of dealing with. I will use Guy Smith for years to come! 5 out of 5 stars - truly recommend!-JohnMorgan

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Everyone seems nice but it's extremly expensive to get the most basic stuff done. Paid $270 for someone to auger our shower drain pipe only to find out the smallest auger he had couldn't fit through the p-trap . So he kept trying for a good 20mins and still nothing. Nothing fixed but still have to pay. Our only option he explained was to pay another $290 for a separate camera person to come out another day! So we're looking at additional fees for another person on top of that to come out and fix, if any, issues the camera man finds as well! How does this equal good customer service? They're just here to rob people. Our drain pipes were all replaced last year and now I'm being told there's a good chance I'll have to crack open my slab again, before even talking about options?! NO THANK YOU! Stay away if you value honesty and clear guidelines to what they will do for you when they actually show up. Will deter friends and family from this company for as long as I live. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was upfront with the person that came out in a respectful manner, I just want others to be informed as well.

Sean Mayo did a superb job replacing my water heater in a timely manner and flawlessly completed it without a hitch. Furthermore, he took out the accumulated dirt and dust out of the pan and made the area super clean. Sean is very professional and courteous in the way he deals with his customers. 5 stars for Sean!!

Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

Called to set up an appointment to fix 2 leaks, thinking it would be a few days before they could come out. They were able to come out and repair both fixes the same day! Shockingly fast turnaround time on everything. Highly recommend and will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs.
