I had two leaks coming from wall toilets. I had called the home warranty company and the plumber the Home Warranty company sent did not have a clue. I have had Sean Fixes Johns do work for me for years, so I called them again and they said they were doing a job in the area and would be over within an hour. I did not have to wait long, they came over quickly, figured out the problem and had the leaks repaired in no time flat. They were very fair on their charges for labor and I called them again when I was ready to replace some toilets at my property prior to new tenants moving in. They had three toilets replaced with no issues, repaired a sink, and a leak from a dishwasher - all done in just a few hours. The thing I like most about them is that they don't waste any time or try to draw out their time for additional pay. They are quick to find the problem, get it fixed and stop the clock so I am not paying outrageous labor charges. They are professional, incredible plumbers, have earned my respect, and I will definitely be calling them again. Thanks Sean.

Our five month old HVAC heat pump stopped working the other night. An early morning call for a warranty repair was responded to within 2 1/2 hours. Technician Thomas Britton found the problem to be a simple loose wire and things were fixed under warranty and we are cool again. We’re very happy with working with this company and very satisfied with their quick response. Thomas did a great job!

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

This is an awesome company, and Steve is a terrific technician!I had a low water flow problem in my house, and when I called to set up an appointment, I told them it was not urgent. Despite that, they gave me an appt within 24 hours and the technician called to say that he could arrive two hours before that… Great!It was a diagnostic dilemma, but Steve took the time to review a variety of possible sources of our problem. Even after he thought he had found the most likely source, he continued to search and subsequently identified and corrected the problem.We are delighted that we called A1 Sewer & Drain, and that they sent Steve to help us out. He is our hero!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

The Lindsey Brothers team took excellent care of us from the very beginning to the very end. We renovated our property and they installed all new plumbing. They did excellent work and were affordable and dependable.

Unfortunately, I wish there were a way to retract a glowing review I gave last year after A-1 sold and installed a new heat pump for me. The first service call, when the A/C stopped working the first time, the technician found a place on the indoor part of the unit where he said a soldered joint needed to be corrected. (He was the tech who installed it and took full responsibility.) I was pleased with the service and the result.

On the next service call, same tech, this time because it was taking hours to cool a small loft-style condominium and it never had before, he was perplexed, but made a few adjustments on the outdoor part of the unit, and it seemed to straighten out the problem.

Until it happened again. And then again, and then again. The unit was short-cycling, turning on and off in rapid succession. By the fourth or so time he was out here, he was annoyed -- WITH ME -- and told me there was nothing wrong with the unit. I can only surmise he believed I was keeping my balcony door open for my pets to go outside, and that I didn't understand I was heating my own condo. Which wasn't the case.

Of course I was speaking with the manager as this was unfolding -- ALL SUMMER LONG -- who was about to have the Carrier representative come out to examine the unit with him, considering the circumstances, when the temps cooled off slightly and the unit began to function properly, as I had explained repeatedly it had been doing -- working fairly well when it was cooler.

Here we are in the coldest snap of this winter, and the unit is frozen solid with ice INSIDE it. And, of course, not working.

THREE CALLS to schedule service have been met with polite responses, but have netted no return calls; the last one explaining that all the managers are out in the field and that it's a crazy day here today. No doubt, if other customers are getting new heat pumps with the problems mine has had.

Once this is settled -- if it is without a lawsuit -- I'm done with A-1 and will go directly to brand name manufacturers for things I need for my home.

If I could put minus stars on here, I would. VERY disappointed, upset, frustrated and angry.
