they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Sent a non-emergent email and was offered an appt the next day. Updated me on his arrival time when appt window began. David was professional and thorough even while instructing an apprentice. Allowed me to get dishwasher installed after repairing my leak. Highly recommend! Will use again if needed!

If you ever need a plumber, they are the one to call and they mean it when they say 24/7 day or night they are there for you and very punctual. Staff is also so professional and their rates are reasonable. They also immediately responded which was very important. They understand the assignment and did not leave a mess. Lost water pressure. Called Lindsey Brothers. They arrived within one hour, quickly found the problem and 2 hours later, pressure restored! They rock! Price for the job was very reasonable! I know plumbers as I from time to time work with new construction. These guys are the best!

A-1 American is about as crooked as they come. They charged me $800 to run a brush through the coils on my outdoor AC unit to clean off some dirt then spray something on there. The whole thing took less than an hour and that didn't even correct the issue. I definitely will not be using them again.
