I have used this firm for years. The owner and his staff have always come to me quickly when necessary and the fix the issue--- large or small for what I feel is a reasonable price. They are folks you are very comfortable in having in your home and totally trustworthy!

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

My outside water facet was leaking, and I called A1 Sewer& Drain. From my first contact with the person taking my call to the excellent work done by Phil the technician; they were totally customer friendly. I would surely call them again and recommend their service. ThanksOn this occasion the technician Pat B. installed a bathroom faucet, and started to repair a kitchen faucet, but after getting into the work found that there was a problem with the parts that were sent by Moen. He did a good job on the bathroom installation. I look forward to getting A1 back to complete the kitchen repair.

We called Jim out to give us an estimate to run our gas line to the kitchen. He was fast, came out the same day and was up front about there being a service charge when he arrived to give the estimate. When he arrived he said that he wasn’t even going to worry about the service charge. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We got our quote the following Monday and it was more than we felt we wanted to spend for gas in the kitchen, so we opted not to get the service. Because we liked Jim so much, we didn’t care to have another quote. If we were going to get gas in the kitchen we wanted him to do it. When we called him to decline the service he told us that we had to pay the service charge if we were not getting the service. This was fine with us as he did come out , on a Saturday, and put time into looking at the house. I would say the only concern in preventing me from giving a 5 was that one week after I received the invoice in the mail, he was calling wanting payment. I usually pay bills every two weeks in a batch and they just hadn’t happened yet. I had the money so it went in the mail. If the money was needed that soon, I wish he could have made that known and picked up a check from the house or something. I also wish when he was at the house he would have said “I’m not worried about the service charge as long as you buy the service”. I also think about people that HAVE to wait until they get paid to pay the invoice, but he may well work with those people. Overall, highly recommend.

Tony was great! He came quickly and was very professional as well as personable. There was no funny business and he got right to the point and was very honest! It was certainly the best value for reliable and friendly service. We will be using his company for any future plumbing needs!
